*Last dress-& personally 1 of my favorites*
*Remember Me: Coco, a fan made version as if Imelda was singing it.*
*Fathers Day was suggested by Sonora Dodd of Spokane, Washington in 1909, but established in the same place by the same person at the YMCA in 1910.*
*as the date of which Father's Day fall on changes yearly, I used Google to find when the first one was as well as found the pattern of the dates repeating themselves every 28 years. So to predict when it would fall before each year & subtract twenty eight, resulted in me find June 18, 1933-84 (28x3 or 28+28+28)=June 18, 1849.*
*Elenita (Ellie/Ella) & Hector (age 1 yer & 9 months)*
Setting: what will eventually be 'Father's Day'-June 18, 1849...

Hyla's case of smallpox only got worse & worse before it got better, it had gotten to the point where she was close to death before something or someone somehow seemed to miraculously save her. Before just barely escaping death, she swore she saw someone she felt like she somehow knew but hadn't seen before-a man, a man she couldn't name; a man she could only describe. She said the man was hefty in build, had brown hair & eyes she had seen time & time over in her father & relatives; the man had smiled warmly at her & spoke-but his voice was mute to her ears. For some reason, unknown to her this event woke her & she sat up instantly, her eyes unbelievably wide as she clutched at the sides of her head. With her fingers grasping at the roots of her hair as from the moment she wakes, she just starts & continuously screams with no explanation as the tears spill from her eyes & an agonizing pain in her chest took hold of her.

She's trembled, screamed, cried & felt heartache like never before; of course all of this woke Fernando & the twins instantly started crying as well-but he could do nothing for her. He couldn't get her to calm down, stop her from crying or screaming or even tell him what was wrong & without calming down, twins wouldn't be calmed. Once the screaming subsides, the twins calm down, but Hyla's crying & quivering doesn't stop-the sight of the figure that kept her from death. The shaking was next to slowly end, however the crying took much longer to stop, but eventually-when it did, she did finally tell him what she saw & he didn't know how to react. The next day it was like the whole scene the night prior never even happened, she was up & going about her normal routine-Fernando found it so odd that he stayed home for the day just to watch her...

"Watch me all ya wanna Nando," she states as she sits on the floor working on the gauntlet, "it ain't gonna make somethin suddenly change."

"It ain't natural ta just go bout like nothin when ya experience somethin like last night-"

"The gauntlet should be done tanight n we should be able ta get outta ere the moment it is," she says ignoring him

"That's great news," he says going along with her change of topics, knowing full well that trying to go back to it will only cause a fight, "in this case, we should celebrate-"

"OH!" She exclaims in realization, "Happy Father's Day mi amour!"

"Father's Day ain't been invented yet."

"So?" She asks with a laugh, "it mightn't come inta existence till nineteen ten," she starts as she picks up Hector from the floor, "but, we come from a time where it's common."

"Well," he sighs out, "guess wes gotta another reason ta celebrate then...what do ya wanna do ta celebrate it?"

"Let's go out dancin," she tells him happily

"Well in that case," he starts, "The post gave me invitations ta a fancy dinner party at a well ta do family-"

"..." Hyla freezes at this news, "why in the hell would we get invited ta some pompous rich persons party?"
