Setting: Tilly's Junior year of high school...

Still queen bee of the school, Tilly struts around the place with her headphones in listening to earlier works by Katy Perry; her eyes dart around the school as she listen ps to once song. She can't help finding herself looking between the dudes & ladies, going back & forth a couple of times as she contemplates something. She the grabs a random boy out of nowheres & full on kisses him without any warning, she only stands in waiting for a moment before doing the same exact thing to a random, unsuspecting girl. After standing in thought for another moment, she leaves down the hall without saying a word of explanation to either of her test subjects. The more she looked around her at the other students, she realizes that she feels zero attraction to any of the guys & finds a number of the girls cute, but not enough so that she'd openly show interest.

Upon heading class she finds herself met by a new student teacher that looks around her brother's age & the longer Tilly finds herself staring & stealing glances at the young woman during class, the more her heart pounds & chest tightens...

"Ms. Connors," the teacher calls on her, "is there a reason you keep staring?"

"No ma'am," she replies, "just got lost in thought," she explains, "I apologize Ms. Prescott."

"Very well," Ms. Prescott says before telling, "eyes on your work please."

"Yes ma'am," Tilly replies before looking back at her work

It isn't long before class ends & Tilly eyes the student teacher one last time before a smirk appears on her face as she leaves, she walks down the halls like always-like she owns the school. She stops at her locker, only to be met by a great annoyance: Asher Rue, the self proclaimed "King" of the school. He's been bugging her none stop about her cousin GG-his so called "Angel" or whatever, she honestly didn't care of have time for one of his mental crisis flings nor did she want her cousin to get hurt again. Homily & Tilly didn't agree on much, but keeping their cousins away from each other was one thing they did agree on...

"Get away from my locker Rue," she tells him as she switches out some of the books in her arms for some in her locker, "GG's still with Jason, they're happy tagether, just leave em be."

"Who said I was ere bout em?" He asks with a chuckle

"No one had ta," she replies not looking to him as she fixes her hair in the small mirror on her locker door, "y'all've been comin ta my locker every single day: apologizin, bringin gifts fer er, askin me bout er, etc. since New Years," she says as she finally shuts her locker & looks his way to say sarcastically, "great way ta start the year by the way."

"Til," he says in an almost whiny voice as she starts to walk away from him, "Tilly," he says again as he hurries after her & grabs the wrist of her jacket, "T-"

"Y'all rip my new jacket, yer five finger discountin me a new one," she warns him, "so paws off," she warns him, "cause this ere jacket ain't cheap n took me months ta save up fer."

"Come on Til," he says with a sigh as she finally stops walking & he lets go of her jacket sleeve, "yer my only friend ere-"

"Ya, I am," she states still annoyed, "when y'all ain't in crazy town," she tells him, "why the flyin fuck did ya go off yer meds?" She almost snaps at him, "every time y'all preform yer lil 'test' ya wind up hurtin someone."

"I just wanna talk ta er," he tells her

"Well er daddy er ta keep away from ya," she lies to him, "as does our uncles re discussin talkin ta yer uncle bout a restrainin order," she continues with the truth, "my mamma don't even want me ta be round ya," she tells him, "n none of this is cause of yer mental health," she adds in before he can go to that assumption, "it's cause they fear fer our safety n with the way GG ended up, theys gost good reason ta," she tells him before letting out a heaven sigh, "just-keep up with yer meds," she goes on, "prove yer responsible enough ta take the proper care ya know ya need ta & maybe people will start lookin at ya in a different light-instead of just seein ya as the mental case."
