Alex's Pov.

Everyone was seated at their assigned seats around the table. I felt that something was missing. Everyone is here I thought then I noticed. Not everyone is here. Angie is missing. And the last time I saw her she was in the garden.

"Has anyone seen Angie?" I asked.

"Wasn't she with you?" Victor looked me in the eye with a warning concerned look. We all knew if the wherewolves found her and told Angie the truth, our secrets would be revealed. We could not let that happen; whatever it takes.

Angie's Pov.

I woke up to someone stroking my hair. I opened my eyes and sat up.

"How did you get in here?" I asked, startled.

"Well, sweetheart, it all comes with being a wherewolf. It's our job to be quiet and keep you out of harm's way." He gave me a small smile.

"And what exactly are you doing in my room all alone with me?" I gave him a questioned look. I felt shivers run down my spine as his hand rushed against my cheek.

"You overslept, its dinnertime. I volunteered to wake you up. Just get yourself all pretty and come downstairs,  ok?"

I nodded. Micah stood up from the bed he was currently sitting on and walked out the door. I heard his footsteps thump down the stairs to the main floor. I guess now I had to "get myself all pretty". I walked to the closet and took a black, slimming, strapless dress off one of the hangers and held it in fron of new while staring into the mirror. Pretty I thought, I can do this.

I put on the dress and found a pair of black high heels. I added some blue eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and some black mascara to make my eyes pop. And I have to say, I did clean up nice. I opened my door and headed down the stairs to the dining room. When I got there, everyone was seated and talking. I entered the room and the world froze. Everyone stared in awe as Micah got up and walked to my side.

"You look...amazing."

"You don't look bad yourself."

"Right this way." He held his arm out and winked at me. I took his hand and he led me to a seat next to where he was sitting. Don't let him get to you. I thought, you cant fall for him.

"This is my mother." Micah introduced. She sat at one head of the table. Average height, light brown hair, and big, hazel eyes.

"Hello, my name is Cherika." The woman smiled at me.

"Hi, I'm Angie, nice to meet you. Micah, can I have a word with you?" I asked politely. He nodded and we excused ourselves from the table. We walked out of the cave entrance and stood there, outside for a few moments. I turned towards him with a questioned look.

"What?" He asked.

"I thought you said your mom was out meeting your dad?" I crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"About that," he rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess he had a few friends he met up with instead of meeting my mom...surprise?"

I just looked at him. First he lied to me, then he thinks it's ok? God, I'm so not falling for a liar, this is embarrassing.

"When you two are done with your little romance scene, we need you back for a group discussion...including Angie." Luna said out of nowhere. Micah stared at me for a moment, then retreated back inside. I followed after him into the cave, where everyone was now sitting in the livingroom. I took a seat next to Micah, on the couch and listened in on the discussion.

"We have a problem," Zeru started, wide eyed and alarmed.
