"Shall we carry on with the tour before your test?" The boy asked.
"Um, sure."
"Right this way." He said as he led me down a dark hallway. I felt a little cautious and curious, but I needed to follow directions if I wanted to stay alive. We took a right into a room which looked as if it were a huge library. I walked around, inspecting it's every corner and book on each shelf. There were rows and rows of books on each wall. It was incredible how many ions were just in this room alone.
"Shall we continue?" He asked.
I nodded and followed him back through the wooden doors and down a few feet of the hallway to another room. It looked like a dining room. There were six seats, each with two plates, one bowl, two forks, a spoon, and a knife. The maple wood seats surrounded a dark, rectangular, maple table. There was a large window out looking a large garden. It was a beautiful view. I turned to face the boy to continue the tour. He smiled that heart melting smile.
"Beautiful isn't it?"
I nodded.
He turned and started to walk back into the hallway as I followed him. As we walked, he pointed rooms out to me and explained what the rooms were and what they were used for. Then, he led me into a bedroom.
"This is where you will be staying." He said.
The room was beautiful. There was a queen size bed with a soft, comfetor and white cased pillows. There was a large walk in closet with a few beautiful dresses. Next to the closet was a dresser filled with shirts and skinny jeans. In a far corner, against one of the white walls, there was a wooden desk and chair. The room was beautiful and had a window that let light through. Curtains, draped along the sides of the window with the same color as the comfetor. The room was calm and elegant.
"Shall we continue to the test?" The boy asked.
"Sure." I said. I still wasn't sure what the test would be on. Surely it was a trick. One of their measly jokes to scare me. I hope I would pass, and if I did, I would live and make it until tomorrow.
As he led me to a dark room, much like the cell or place I was in before, I was suddenly frightened. Chills ran up my spine, goosebumps turned on my skin.
My blood turned cold as I quickly spotted the chair with straps. It looked like one of those electric chairs that they tortured people in for commiting crimes. I was scared. Very scared to the point where I stood still.
"It will be ok." The boy assured me.
"What test is this exactly?" I asked, my voice filled with concern and curiosity.
"This is the test." The boy was now all the way to the door of the room and shut it. I was now sealed from the outside world. No one could hear if I were to scream or shout for help. No one could save me now.
There was a sound from a corner. An object that looked a little like a human. It was lurking closer and closer as my heart beats increased.
All of a sudden I felt one hand on the back of my shoulder and a hand on the side of my head. I had a rush of fear and wanted to scream. But before I could, I fell to the floor and fainted.
