Vicky's Pov.
I walked along the troops with Daniel at my side. Checking to make sure all the soldiers had weapons and protection towards the vamps. Who knows how much new and improved weapons and armor the vamps have nowadays.
"Is everyone prepared?"
"Yes." Daniel seriously said.
"Good. We'll need to be at all times if we want to protect Angie and win over the vamps."
"All soldiers are accounted for and all are in good health." A troop leader reported.
"Excelent. Prepare all troops for battle."
"Yes, ma'am."
"Zeru?"
"Vicky?"
"Make sure the troops are aligned at the front post near the apple orchard. It'll give us some cover and I don't believe the vamps will be expecting it. We'll hide behind the stone wall from the direction they will be coming from, which I assume it will be the west. But make sure we have back up troops in case we need them. We'll want to send out the eldest in the first wave."
"Okay, sounds like a good plan."************************************
Victor's Pov.
"Sarah, Alex, get ready. Have you called the nations?"
"Yes, but I'm not sure if all will be accounted for." Sarah had worry in her voice. She knew that if not all the vamps showed for the clash, the werewolves would be sure to gain another win."Well, those who don't, I'll have to rip out their hearts one by one to show the meaning that they think is nothing. Those that don't show should know what they're putting at stake. Not showing for war is like not burying a dead family member or not hugging your best friend after being away from them for ages. Disrespectful."
"Victor...you can't expect everyone to just show up because you want them to." Alex took a stand, having that everlasting lump in his throat, knowing what he just said.
"What did you just say to me?"
"Pardon, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. Honestly." He backed up to a stone corner, trembling in fear."I'll give you one last chance. Don't blow it." Victor warned. He glared at Alex until he ran out of the room.
"Sarah, do your best to gather everyone."
"Which nations shall I ready?"
"All but the east. They're trouble and we don't have time for that at the moment." Sarah walked out of the room to tell the nation's.
