*Y/N's POV*
"Y/N, wake up, dear. Your uncle and Draco are getting ready to leave," Aunt Narcissa shook me awake softly.
I rubbed my eyes open, "Already? It's so early," I groaned, tossing about in my covers.
"You are all to meet with the Minister of Magic, so your uncle doesn't want to be late," she explained as she shoved my things haphazardly into my bag.
I finally rolled out of bed, "I've got it," gathering more things that I actually wanted to pack for the day.
Aunt Narcissa rolled her eyes and scoffed as she handed over the bag, "Alright then, I'm going to pack you and Draco some sweets for the trip. Hurry along and get ready," she smiled before heading back downstairs.
I sighed, changing my outfit. I looked over myself, wondering what hairstyle I wanted for today. I decided to just go with my natural hair, the tight curls I had, unfortunately, inherited from my mother.
"Y/N! Come on, dear!" Aunt Narcissa called from downstairs. I let out another long huff before I slung my bag around me and headed downstairs.
"There you are," Uncle Lucius sneered at me, "I thought that even Gryffindors knew how to make good time."
Draco laughed along with him, "Enough," Aunt Narcissa intervened, "All of you need to get going. Here you are, Draco, for you and Y/N," she tried handing a small bag full of sweets over to Draco.
"No thank you, Mother," Draco denied the bag.
"Here, I'll take it." I took the bag politely, "Thank you, Aunt Narcissa."
"Well, we best be on our way now. See you later, my dear" Uncle Lucius kissed my aunt's cheek. Draco and I kissing her goodbye as well.
We took a Portkey from the Manor to the Quidditch World Cup. Draco was a pain in the ass, as he and Uncle Lucius mocked and sneered at all the half-bloods, muggle-borns, and even the other pure-bloods who they considered blood traitors.
"Must you act that way all the time?" I scoffed as Draco and I walked behind my uncle.
"Act like what?" He sneered back.
"Like such a pompous ass. I mean these people did nothing to you."
"Their existence is an insult to the wizarding world. You need to realize your place in the world, Y/N. Especially as a Lestrange."
"I don't need to realize anything. My mother and father were horrible people and that's why they are where they are. And I told you not to speak about them, so enough."
Draco scoffed, rolling his eyes as we all continued to walk up the stadium stairs. I wasn't paying as much attention to the people around me as I stared in awe at the crowds of fans in the stadium and the magnificent bright lights.
"Well, put it this way, if it rains, you'll be the first to know," I heard Uncle Lucius tease along with Draco chuckling. I turned to see them talking upward to Arthur Weasley who was followed by most of his kids along with Harry and Hermione.
"Father, Y/N, and I are in the Minister's box!" Draco bragged, "By personal invitation from Cornelius Fudge himself!" I attempted to muster up an insult back.
"Don't boast, Draco," my uncle beat me to it, shoving his cane into Draco's abdomen, "There's no need with these people," Uncle Lucius scoffed.
