*Y/N's POV*

Mr. Weasley's recovery had gone quite well and he was finally permitted to return home from the hospital, just in time for Christmas, which was a huge relief, especially to Mrs. Weasley. Unfortunately, none of the Weasleys had heard back from Percy, not that they had since he sided with Minister when it came to the return of the Dark Lord.

George scoffed, "He's a complete git for that."

"Sending back the sweater Mum made without so much as a note," Fred added.

"I'm sure he's just confused is all,"  I interjected, "Wants to keep his job in the Ministry, you know that's all he's ever wanted since he was little."

"Yeah, but that didn't give him the right to turn his back on family, did it?" Ginny sighed.

"The sod didn't even visit Dad in the hospital," Fred scoffed.

I squeezed Fred's hand, "At least he had all of you there."

"I mean even Charlie and Bill had the common courtesy to at least check on Dad and they've got busy lives too. I mean, who the bloody hell does he think he is?" George and Fred's anger burned through them.

"Hey," I intervened, "It's Christmas, so let's get into the spirit, for your mum's sake. She won't be able to enjoy her husband being back home with all of her children bickering. What Percy is doing is horrible and selfish but he made his choice and that's just how it has to be for now and hopefully, soon, he'll come to his senses."

"That'll be the day," the twins scoffed in sync.

Before the conversation could continue, "EVERYONE COME ON DOWN!" Mrs. Weasley called up from the kitchen.

"Come on, happy faces please," I pleaded with the twins as we walked down the steps. George and Fred exchanged looks before grinning idiotically, "Thank you." I chuckled, rolling my eyes.

We all stood around the dinner table and Mrs. Weasley shuffled off, pulling back a bandaged up and wheel-chair bound Mr. Weasley.

"Daddy's back!" she beamed before ducking and missing a flying Santa Clause ornament. We all clapped for Mr. Weasley's return, "Sit down, everybody, sit down!" we all took our seats, "That's it, now presents." She dealt out parcels of every shape and size to each and every one of us. Hermione and I giggled as Ron pulled out a funny-looking vest.

"Thank you, Mrs. Weasley," I smiled as I pulled out the brand new beanie and matching scarf she had knitted for me.

"A little late birthday present as well, love," she winked.

"They're lovely," I thanked her again before she returned her attention to all of her bustles. All of the Weasley children and Hermione thanked her as well as they pulled out their new knitted editions, "I've actually got some presents for you all too," I smiled.

"Oh, Y/N, you didn't have to get us anything," Mr. Weasley tried to interject.

"It really was no problem, Mr. Weasley. You've all done more than enough. Just give me one moment," I explained before disapparating upstairs, grabbing the bag of presents from under my bed then apparating back into the kitchen, "Here we are," I pulled out the first present and handed it to Mrs. Weasley.

"Oh, my dear, they're absolutely darling!" she squealed looking down at her new knitting needles and bunches of yarn, "These must've cost you a fortune."

"Don't worry about that," I winked as I pulled out the next parcel and handed it to Mr. Weasley.

"Y/N, these are just great, very Muggle," he chuckled as he pulled out the different ties and bowties, showing them off to Mrs. Weasley.
