*Y/N's POV*

Weeks had gone by and still not a word from my aunt. The twins' owl had returned with its usual deliveries and such but never a thing addressed to me from Malfoy Manor. Fred and George thought I shouldn't dwell on it as much. I never liked agreeing with them but recently, they were right. No point in standing around and waiting on a letter that I shouldn't have been so hopeful for in the first place. Although, I did receive letters from Harry, the last one saying he'd be taking Luna to the Slug Club Party because Hermione was going with Cormac McLaggen, which seemed weird but Harry said he'd explain once he got to the Burrow, which was where we were at now.

Mrs. Weasley had invited all of us back to the Burrow for the holidays, this group also included Remus and Tonks, of course.

"Your mother was telling me that your shop has been going well," Tonks smiled eagerly at the twins.

"She's right, we just about cleared our stock before the holidays," Fred explained.

"Seems like everyone came to us for gifts this year," George sighed.

"Well, congratulations, boys. We expected nothing less," Remus grinned as he raised his cup to them, "How about you, Y/N, thinking of going back to the Ministry soon?"

"Believe me, I want to, Remus. But none of them will let me," I laughed, nodding over to the twins and Tonks.

"Why would we?" Tonks interjected, "We've got plenty of able bodies at the Ministry, and besides, you've got to help the twins run that shop, and," she stalled the last reason.

"We don't know my mother's whereabouts currently, so we can't risk putting me in a vulnerable position," I reiterated the words she had told me after I completed my Auror training.

"Precisely," Tonks nodded, "It's just for your safety, Cousin. You-Know-Who's army is growing by the day and we can't risk anybody valuable."

"Especially you," Fred interjected, intertwining our fingers, laying a soft peck on my hand.

Mrs. Weasley entered the living room, "Arthur and I are going to pick the children up from the train. We should be just a moment."

"Be safe!" Tonks called after them as they apparated from the Burrow, "I hate whenever any of us have to leave. Makes me anxious."

"No need to worry, love,"  Remus smiled, rubbing Tonks' back soothingly, "Arthur and Molly can take care of themselves just fine."

It wasn't long before we heard the group returning, I smiled as they all clamored through the front door.

I took Ginny into a hug first, "So good to see you, Gin," I smiled, "Where's Hermione?"

"Her and Ron are in a fight, so she's spending the holiday with her parents," Ginny explained.

"Still?" I huffed before smiling at her, "Go put your stuff away then we can all catch up."

"Ron, Harry," I grinned, taking the boys into a hug, "Quidditch still going well?" They both nodded excitedly, "How's Lavender, Ron?" I raised an eyebrow.

His grin fell, "Shove off, Y/N," he muttered before pushing past to go to his room.

  "Harry, how're-"

"We need to talk," Harry grabbed my arm, pulling me away from everyone.

I took my arm from him, "Nearly took my arm from its socket," I stretched it back out, "What is it?"
