hi loves! i just wanted to come on here & say thank you to each & every one of you for being so supportive, loving, & helpfully critical in regards to my book. i have never met sweeter & kinder people in my life. thank you all for everything.

it is really sad to think that this book will be marked as complete & no new chapters will be coming out any longer. the journey of writing this has been an absolute dream. i always say this, but i genuinely never thought anyone would read this book, and now here we are. i am forever grateful. i will continue writing & i am also thinking of putting some of my work on Tumblr. i may write new fanfics & i plan to work on some one-shot/imagine/blurb books for different fandoms that I also happen to be a part of (Criminal Minds, MCU, G.O.T, & H.P), so be on the lookout for all of that if you're interested. i adore you all & thank you again. happy readings to you all!

side note, i wanted to share with you all some of the songs that are in a playlist called "intriguing" on my phone. it's the playlist i made when i first started writing this book just for fun, so it was just songs that made me think of Fred Weasley. But now it has grown to songs that i believe relate to the storyline of"intriguing". i really do hate ending this book, truly. but I'm glad i am, in the end. and i really hope you all continue to interact with the book and with me as much as you'd like.

in regards to the playlist, i will also be putting a note next to the songs of what/how they remind me of either just Fred Weasley, the HP Universe, or "Intriguing".

Intriguing Playlist:

-Till Forever Falls Apart by Ashe & FINNEAS: reminds me more of "Intriguing" and how Fred and Y/N went through a lot of shit together, to say the least. and they both tried so very hard to remind themselves and one another that one another is the reason they keep going.

-I Hear A Symphony by Cody Fry: reminds me more of Fred Weasley in general. i saw a TikTok once saying that this song is what Fred Weasley would sing like and i cannot get that idea out of my head. it can also relate to "Intriguing" as well, in the sense that Fred and Y/N both had these flaws that they were aware of having but not aware of how to fix. but once they had the other person, it really just made it easier to fix what they couldn't on their own.

-Up to No Good by Ella Martine: first off, the entire album is just absolutely breathtaking. Up to No Good is definitely in regards to canon HP because it is about Fred passing away and how the Weasleys, mainly George, is reacting to it. it's a truly beautiful song and I definitely recommend it & the rest of the album.

-Seventeen by Barrett Wilbert Weed & Ryan McCartan: Heathers the Musical doesn't miss. but this song reminds me of Y/N and Fred in "Intriguing" as well as the HP Universe because all of the kids have to miss out on being kids because of this impending doom that's coming. and this song really emphasizes what they're really supposed to be doing as kids, instead of worrying about things that they have no control over.

-Helpless by Phillipa Soo & Original Broadway Cast of "Hamilton": if you can't tell, i do rather enjoy musicals. Helpless is just such a sweet love song and it really captures how you feel when you're so hopelessly in love with someone that that's all you can think about constantly.

-For the Dancing and the Dreaming by Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, & Mary Jane Wells: this song is from How to Train Your Dragon 2 and it is another sweet love song. it just speaks to how far and how willing you are to just let life go on and not let big or little things get in the way of true love. and I really think that speaks to Y/N and Fred's relationship and how they tried their best to let life guide their love.
