Chapter 38

Jimin was waiting for him in the café where Arin's girlfriend Sana worked. Sana and Jimin have become friends over his stay and it was her who promised Taemin to keep an eye on the omega.

"Min." Jimin beamed as he saw the Vampire who faintly smile back at him. "I have ordered for you." Taemin smiled widely as he noticed a small variety of food the omega apparently have brought for him.

"Thank you Jimin." He said. He was slightly hungry. His nerves didn't let him eat properly last day and the lunch the pack prepared this noon.

"So." He could tell Jimin was eager to know about the outcme. "They accepted me."

Jimin now grinned widely his eyes disappearing. He was overjoyed. "I'm so happy for you." Taemin laughed and he decided to not to discuss anything with the other now.

He will have to wait.

Yoongi came out of the confinement of his room the day Taehyung and Jeongguk left for the true blood's father's pack. Namjoon and Hoseok were not surprised to see him there and he figured out that Taehyung already told them about him. He still had to talk with them.

That's how they find themselves in Namjoon's cabin. Jin also joined the small party and Yoongi could tell his brother's mate was anxious bout everyone.

"Joon we have to tell him." Yoongi frowned slightly as he noticed Jin and Namjoon talking with their eyes. He looked at Hoseok doubtfully but realized from the beta's expression that he knew what they were saying.

"What is it?"

Namjoon sighed. "Promise me that you will think before doing something." Yoongi raised his eyebrows at his brother who shook his head. "Two days before, Arin, Yuna and Dev came here." Yoongi nodded in understanding.

"They were with someone else and were here to ask permission to join Army.

"I thought anyone can join Army." Yoongi said frowning. "It was a vampire."

Not that Namjoon didn't have Yoongi's attention before now he had it for sure. However the alpha didn't reply.

"The vampire wanted to join them for a long time and they wanted our permission considering our history with their kind." Namjoon explained. "I didn't want to judge a person before I met them just because of what they are. So they brought him in and he was a nice guy."

Yoongi took a deep breath and nodded. "He left the Vampire realm due to personal reasons and wantedto lead a peaceful life. We agreed to include him as long as he abides by our principles which he agreed."

Yoongi's lack of response slightly made Namjoon anxious. "What do you think?"

"My opinion doesn't matter Joon." Yoongi said and Namjoon opened his mouth to protest but the elder cut him of. "What I meant is the reason you are the head alpha is because I have a faith in you that you will make a right choice. And never once you have failed me. If you believe this vampire is good I believe in your judgment. "

Namjoon chuckled at his words. Surprising Yoongi the latter stood up pulling his elder brother to a hug. The reason why his relatinship with Namjoon is different because Yoongi consider him to be his equal (not that he see Taehyung inferior or anything). They were only almost a year apart and Yoongi never had an occurrence to protect the other. Namjoon always matched with his skills and tried to be shoulder to shoulder with his elder brother. It was different from what he felt with Taehyung.

But moments like this Yoongi felt his brother was equally vulnerable like him. "Thank you hyung." Namjoon's voice was heard almost whisper but Yoongi heard it perfectly. Hoseok and Seokjin smiled at this.
