Chapter 75

Elder Dong was waiting for them outside the pack borders as they approached closer. Their third stop. Jimin didn't know how much was left.

Elder Dong smiled warmly. "I hope your journey wasn't much of a hassle." Namjoon exchanged the usual pleasantries.

"I know you don't have time to stay here but I hope you will stay overnight." The head alpha said to which Namjoon smiled politely. "Of course. We had a quick visit to the Night pack nearby and intended to stay the night here."

While the other went on talking with them Jimin watched his surroundings. Just like in all the three packs they visited, people were curiously looking at him. An inaudible sigh left his lips.

"All I want is to curl up in bed." Yoongi murmured to his ear. Jimin broke into a grin ignoring the people around him. Yoongi had his arms around Jimin's waist and neck perched on his shoulders, leaning his body against the omega. "I want you too. We can lay there forever." He cheekily said smiling widely. Jimin laughed softly and pressed a chaste kiss on Yoongi's lips. "We can do that after this."

All of a sudden their bubble burst as Namjoon formally introduced them to the pack leader. He was an elderly alpha who respectfully bowed. "People of our pack are excited to meet you all. Especially Jeongguk." He said smiling. Jimin's eye brows raised in surprise. Seems like Jeongguk too was in similar shock. "Me." Jimin had an amused smile on his face watching the younger.

"They wanted to request your guidance in training them." The head alpha said. "Maybe you can give them a few tips or so..."

"I am not that qualified." Jeongguk furiously shook his head. "I only started my training recently."

"Your wolf form is experienced though." Namjoon piped in. "You can show them that. I think that is exactly what they meant."

The true blood looked conflicted and Yoongi nudged his shoulders, asking him to answer them. "That I can do." Jeongguk mumbled. "Excellent." The head alpha gleamed. "I can take you there after lunch."

Jeongguk forcefully dragged Yoongi with him when the time came. The elder alpha whined loudly about his displeasure but Jeongguk didn't listen. It was quite a sight seeing a true blood pleading on his knees and the two mates laughing at this.

Namjoon stood with Taehyung and Jimin for a while before leaving the duo for some business he had. Taehyung introduced Jimin with a few people he knew from the pack and decided to just lounge in the main courtyard till the others join.

"I thought it would take a lot to convince these people." Jimin mused. "But look at us we are already ---."

"The thing here is," Taehyung began. "We think these people are convinced. We can only hope that they don't change their stand once we reach the council."

"Will they do that?" Jimin frowned. 

"These people jumped to conclusions about you and Jeongguk before they met you." Taehyung deadpanned. "It will take anything small to turn them back. If something slips from our side, that could ruin what we achieved."

"Speaking about that." Jimin said as if remembering something. "Kangdae has been quiet."

Taehyung looked at him waiting for him to continue. "He tried to attack us the day I got my powers, he approached the council hoping that they could help him to break us. He knows that these elders could be convinced to our side but he hasn't made any move." Taehyung nodded. 'I feel like he is planning something terrible."

The grey haired Omega sighed. He felt Jimin could be right. But as for now there was nothing they could do about it.

"Excuse me." Both of them were slightly startled as they heard a voice from behind. There was a petite boy standing behind them. He had blond hair styled perfectly, doll like features and an amazing scent that screamed omega.
