Chapter 70

"What are we going to do next Joon?" Yoongi sighed. It was already evening when they reached back. But without wasting their time, Namjoon guided them towards his office.

Hoseok, Seokjin and Taemin were already there and they filled them with the details of what happened there.

"They gave that beta a place in the council?" Jin gasped asking angrily. "That is not good Joonie. He gets to say in what Jimin should do. Its not good."

Namjoon nodded. He already thought of this. "Don't worry." He brushed it off. "I know what to do with that."

That brought them to Yoongi asking advice from Namjoon on what should they do.

"We need to visit every pack under the council." Namjoon said. "First we need to get the ones we are sure that would support us."

They all nodded to this.

"Jin and I will go to Dawn, it is his pack." Namjoon looked over at Jin who shook his head. The pack alpha is Jin's friend. He would definitely help us.

"We can also go to Raa Pack." Jin added. " Its my mother's and my uncle is the head beta."

"That is two packs then." Hoseok said.

"Jeongguk and Taehyung need to go to Neo pack, your father's." Namjoon said.

"He will help us." Jeongguk immediately added. "Junghyun will also back this."

"Yoongi and Hoseok could go to Blood moon and Red pack. We have a good relation with them." Namjoon said pinching his forehead. "These packs, we can get their alliance without parading Jimin and Jeongguk. But the rest they will have to join too."

Taemin and Jimin didn't have any contribution to this. Taemin knew that his presence could only worsen and figured out that Namjoon is wise enough to keep him behind the curtains.

"We have two days to do this and the rest we will go together, visiting each pack." Namjoon finalized.

"What if..." Jeongguk asked. "What if we failed to get the support."

"When it comes to that..." Namjoon said. "We will figure it out. There is no way anyone is going to seperate you or Jimin from your mates."

The wolves held a silent agreement. Namjoon feared of a huge bloodshed that could also follow this if they mess it up. But he decide to keep that into himself and look at the bright side.

"Hyung. " Taehyung called. " I noticed you saying you have stood before the council. What was it about? Why didn't you tell us about it?" The omega asked frowned.

Yoongi noticed it too. He was glad that Taehyung brought it up. He didn't get why Namjoon wanted to hide it from them.

"I wasn't intentionally hiding it." Namjoon defended himself. "I stood before the council twice. First one was right after I became head alpha."

"We were mourning and deep down I had a doubt about the attack. Locating our pack, knowing about our weakness, the spring festival...someone from us should've helped them for a group of rogue vampires to know about this. So I asked the council to investigate but they rejected saying it was baseless and proof less."

The group patiently listened.

"Second after we saved the first members of Army and decided to make a clan." Namjoon said. "It was a secret sitting because they were anxious about this pact. I spend nearly a week convincing them."

"The council is old and stubborn." Namjoon said. "But it is powerless in some jurisdiction. Ours is like that."

"I have a plan guys." Namjoon looked over at everyone's eyes. "Just be with me in this."
