Chapter 12

Playing with Junho was one of the few things Jimin enjoyed with his whole mind. Yoongi never tried to talk to him after that time at the shrine. Nor did he. Taehyung got his heat at the same day and Jimin helped his friend by feeding and keep him hydrated throughout it. He had pretty much figured out that without his wolf he couldn't get his heat and he was fine by it. He was coming to acceptance with the fact that his wolf wasn't there. He believes in Namjoon's words that Serena could help him. He trusted his pack that supported him throughout this.

Even though he didn't talk to Yoongi, Jimin couldn't help but think about him frequently. He couldn't brush of the single moment he had with the alpha without anger or hatred coming in between. He couldn't figure out why Yoongi affected him. Why his presence made him crave for more. Jimin hated himself for these thoughts and tried to stop them.

After his heat subsided, Jimin made Taehyung rest for a whole day to regain his strength and the first thing the omega asked was to meet the little pup. Junho missed the two omegas and was beyond happy seeing them and dragged them to play hide and seek with them in the backyard of Namjin's cabin.

The whole time was filled with giggles and squeals and Jimin smiled seeing Junho catching Taehyung who hid behind the tree.

"I'm tired." He said plopping on the wooden steps. "Awww no I want to play." Junho whined. "We can play." Taehyung ruffled his hair. "I'm not tired."

Junho squealed as Taehyung began to count and he ran to hide. Jimin shook his head fondly and went inside to see Seokjin.

"So you are saying that it was a rogue attack?" Namjoon asked to the beta wolf who looked tired as he sat up on the bed at the infirmary. Yoongi and Hoseok was on his either sides as they silently watched Namjoon asking questions to the wolf who was brought in injured. Yerin informed them he was stable now and could talk, so they came to hear what he had to say.

Apparently the wolf, who introduced himself as Yongdae, is a beta messenger of Lunar pack. He was passing through the borders and that is when a group of four rogues attacked him.

"Yes, two alphas and two betas." Yongdae said. "We've been attacked a few times before. Rogues are becoming more aggressive day by day."

"I hope that you will recover fast." Namjoon smiled. "Thank you for saving me." Yongdae politely said managing to bow a little.

"We'll leave now."

Yoongi and Hoseok followed Namjoon out of the infirmary. "Hyung, I want to strengthen the patrolling. Give out orders to omegas and pups to not to go near the borers unaccompanied." Namjoon said.

"We've to train these omegas Joon. They could use some self defense." Hoseok said ands Namjoon felt it was a nice decision. "That will be good. We can make arrangements for that."

"Why do you think these attacks are increasing?" Namjoon pinched his nose. "They are stepping over the borders."

"Maybe they are trying to establish something." Yoongi voiced out. Namjoon and Hoseok stopped in their tracks. "Trying to prove something." Yoongi had this intuition on certain things. "Whatever fuck that is, something is definitely coming our way."

Jimin was closely watching Seokjin preparing lunch. He volunteered to help and Seokjin managed to give him small tasks.

"Can you call Taehyung and Junho, Jimin?" Jin said getting the plates. "It is time for lunch." Jimin smiled and nodded. He whistled a soft tone and walked towards the backyard where they were playing hide and seek.

"Junho...Tae..." Jimin called out. "Lunch is ready." But no one replied. "Tae...come out." Jimin called again. The woods that made a border of the backyard were eerily silent.

He furrowed his brows and looked around. "Tae it is not funny come out."

All he heard was silence. He began panicking. "Tae...Junho..."Jimin bit his lip and he ran inside. "Hyung..." Seokjin rushed to his side hearing his panicked voice. "What is it?"

"Hyung, I can't find Tae and Junho...they are not there..." Seokjin's eyes widened as he sprinted outside Jimin trailing him.

"Tae...Junho..." He called and Jimin could feel he was also panicking.

"Jimin, go to Yoongi's cabin. Namjoon will be there. Call him." Seokjin said and Jimin hurried to get head alpha.

He was welcomed by scowling Yoongi who opened the door. "What do you want?"

Jimin wasn't in a mood to fire back something. "Taehyung, Junho." He panted. Namjoon and Hoseok now reached the doo frame. "T-they a-are missing."

Yoongi's eyes widened. "What do you mean they are missing?" He growled.

"What happened Jimin?" Hoseok asked dreadfully. "T-hey were playing in the backyard. But when I went back to call them for lunch they weren't there. I searched all around."

Yoongi pushed past Jimin running towards the head cabin without another word. Hoseok and Namjoon followed him and Jimin tried to catch up with the alphas but failed.

As soon as they reached, Jin embraced Namjoon. "Joonie I can't find them. They are not here." He whimpered and Namjoon tried to calm his mate. "Jimin stay with Seokjin, okay." He said and Jimin nodded.

Yoongi swiftly stripped down his shirt and shifted his pants tearing in the process. For the first time Jimin saw Yoongi's wolf who stood majestically with shiny black fur. Hoseok and Namjoon followed his pursuit. Namjoon's wolf had chocolate brown fur and Hoseok's was orange. But Yoongi's wolf was the largest of the two and three wolfs began to sniff around.

Yoongi could sense Taehyung's scent and he sprinted towards the forest. He could sense Namjoon and Hoseok following him. But all he thought about was about Taehyung and the possible dangers that could happen to him. Yoongi's wolf whined at that thinking about his little brother.

"Tae...Answer me..." he tried through the mind link they had. Wolves shared mind links if they become close together. Blood links and mate links are much stronger though. If Yoongi try he could feel Taehyung and Namjoon since they are his brothers.

"Hyung...I tried the blood link...he is not responding..." Yoongi heard Namjoon saying.

They swiftly dodged the bushes and tress and Yoongi could feel Taehyung's scent getting stronger.

'Hyung, I could sense some other scents too." Hoseok said. Though they all had heightened senses both Yoongi and Namjoon were concentrating on Taehyung's scent alone.

"Three alphas, two betas...one is really strong."Yoongi growled. The rogue group Yongdae warned them about. "I'm going to kill those fuckers."

A/N" I have a few things to set straight. 

Werewolves have this bond between each other if they consider a wolf close to their heart. However if you are blood related or mated the bond will be stronger. So Tae have a strong bond with Yoongi and Namjoon.
