Jimin didn't know how he really felt about the whole situation. And that is why he wasn't disappointed when they didn't have any clue to reverse this the day they spend at Jisoo's. Taemin was oddly quiet and Jimin felt he was hiding something. But he didn't have the energy to ask him.

Moonchild. He was a moonchild. He was blessed by the moon goddess but then why is his life far from a blessing. All these thoughts haunted him as he sat in Soobin's friend's café. The witch has dedicated all of himself to help Jimin and the omega was thankful for that.

Soobin wanted to introduce him to his friends and he was positive that they could together help him. Taemin have said to him that he would reach here after attending to some business he had.

"Do you want anything else hyung?" Soobin asked as he brought two iced tea for them. "Taehyun here have amazing pastries."

Jimin shook his head no. "Where are these friends of yours?" As soon as he said that the door chimed and three boys stepped in. They spotted them and waved happily. Another boy who Jimin have noticed as he came joined the group deserting his position behind the counter.

"Here they are." Soobin smiled widely. "Jimin hyung meet my friends." Soobin said. "This is Taehyun." He said pointing to a blonde boy. "He owns the café and is a fairy." Taehyun waved his hands smiling. "And so is this guy, Beomgyu. He is working in a library nearby." Beomgyu had brown bangs that fell over his forehead. "This is Huening Kai, call him Hyuka, he is a half elf half demon." Hyuka looked younger than others.

"And this is Yeonjun hyung. He is a demon." The bubblegum pink haired boy smiled and he extended his hand. Jimin politely took and immediately retraced it back, as if he was shocked. "I told you not to do that." Soobin groaned pushing Yeonjun's hand away.

Jimin looked confused but the other three rolled their eyes at the eldest. "What I wanted to know what I am dealing with." Yeonjun said with a small smirk.

Soobin apologetically looked at Jimin. "Sorry about that. He does this a lot."

"What was that?" He asked. "Umm he just read your mind." Taehyun said as the other four didn't answer Jimin's question. "How can..."

"Demons have quirks." Hyuka said. "Yeonjun hyung can read minds."

Jimin looked at the demon who shrugged not a bit sorry for what he did. "And what did you see?" Jimin asked cautiously.

Yeonjun's eyes kind of scared Jimin. "Everything." He said gravely. "From that infirmary to yesterday."

Jimin was uncomfortable. Soobin could see that. And he wanted to slap some senses to Yeonjun. How many times the witch asks him to stop reading people's mind, it was Yeonjun's guilty pleasure.

"Stop this hyung." Soobin interjected. "We are here to help him not creep him out."

Yeonjun smiled at Soobin before resuming his eye contact with Jimin. "I can't believe this." Hyuka said with the same excitement he saw in Soobin. "You are a moonchild."

"What do you guys do?" Jimin asked trying to change the topic. He was quite uncomfortable with Yeonjun's gaze at him. "We all research on various things." Soobin said. "We met two years ago and hit off with similar interests. Moonchild was the first thing we looked into."

"I have a doubt." Jimin asked after a pause. "If moonchild is what you say, it is not common to have them right." Soobin nodded yes. "Then why did you guys believe in them. It could've been a mere fol-..."

"It is not." Yeonjun interjected. "My great grandfather was one. I know about that and when I told them this, they all wanted to deep dive into this."
