Chapter 33

"What did you tell him hyung?"

Yoongi wasn't scared of Taehyung. But he was scared of his question.

The omega was at the verge of bursting out of anger. The rest four watched scene unraveling.

"I..." Yoongi couldn't form words.

"What? Hyung?" Namjoon's eyes widened. "Did you make Jimin leave?"

Yoongi's silence was what gives answers away. "Yoongi..." Hoseok murmured. "I know you thought of him as a threat but why did you do that?"

"Answer me first hyung." Taehyung cut everyone off.

"I told him the truth." Yoongi growled back. "I told him that he was a danger which he is."

Tears streamed out of Taehyung's eyes but the omega had a strong façade.

"Why did you do that?" Taehyung asked his voice trembling slightly.

"Because he IS TAE." Yoongi shouted. "It was because of him you got kidnapped. He was their target but they took you instead. It was because of him the pack got attacked. The rouges wanted him and I can't put the pack in danger. So I did what I had to do."

"AND WHAT DID YOU DO?" Taehyung asked equally enraged. "YOU DROVE HIM BACK TO THE MONSTERS WHO WANTED HIM. YOU HANDED HIM OVER TO ROGUES. YOU HAVE PRACTICALLY KILLED HIM."

Yoongi's face paled. "Ta-Taehyung..."

"DON'T HYUNG." Taehyung cut him off. "DON'T TRY TO DEFEND WHAT YOU DID."

"I did it to protect you." Yoongi sounded broken and Taehyung hated to be the one who made his hyung like this. But what Yoongi did was unforgivable. "I couldn't..."

"I haven't asked you this before." Taehyung didn't let Yoongi finish. "But you have to give me every answer today."

Everyone was holding their breath.

"Why did you hate him?" Taehyung whimpered crying as he thought of Jimin. "Why you hated him that much?"

Yoongi looked away casting his eye on the floor. His brain was now processing everything and the consequences of his actions would finally catch upon him. But what he had to do now is tell them everything. Yoongi knew he couldn't hide this forever.

They were expecting his answers. Jeongguk however broke the silence. "This doesn't make sense." He said running his hands through his hair frustrated. "Hyung." He looked at Yoongi who waited to hear what the true blood had to contribute to this conversation. "I saw how you looked at him that day hyung." Jeongguk said.

"I saw your eyes that day when Taehyung was taken away and we found Jimin unconscious." Jeongguk said. "I saw you that day when I forced you too leave to take rest. I knew it wasn't just because of Taehyung you wanted to stay there."

There were a lot of secrets in the air and it was suffocating.

"You liked Jimin hyung." Jeongguk stated. "I know that. I have seen it."

Yoongi fixed his gaze back on the floor his heartbreaking. "It doesn't make sense." Jeongguk repeated again . "You liked him but then why did you make him leave." Jeongguk asked.

Yoongi took a deep breath. "I made him leave because he was a threat to the pack and I don't want things that happened five years before repeat again..."

"Five years ago..." Namjoon mumbled. "It was different hyung. That happened because..."

"Jihoon was my mate." Yoongi said. "Jihoon was my mate and I hesitated. I hesitated to kill him and in turn I killed Minji and our parents."
