Chapter 40

A/n: This chapter, Taemin tells his backstory.

"You told he won't be affected." The vampire was in the brink of meltdown. "But then why is he like this."

Jimin's silver eyes have shocked them and they panicked when the omega fell back unconscious again. Taemin was holding his hand Sana and Arin sitting beside him.

"He shouldn't be." Arin said more like to her. "He is an omega and he won't be affected."

"BUT HE IS." Taemin cried. He felt it was his fault that Jimin became like this. "Relax. We have called our friends. She will help us."

The vampire had no other choice. He would kill himself if anything happened to Jimin. In a short time Jimin have become someone important to him. Jimin have cared for him more than anyone in his entire life cared for him.

He didn't notice the door bell and another witch stepping inside. He gazed at the soft features of the omega who looked like he was in a peaceful sleep.

"Wait." The new female sound made him raise his head. A blonde haired witch was now shockingly looking at the unconscious omega. "Why is he here?"

Taemin bit his lip as the other two witches looked shocked as well as the new comer apparently knowing the omega. He had a hunch that who it might be.

"You know him?" Arin asked voicing out his confusion. "Of course he ..."

"Can we discuss this later?" Taemin cut them off. "Maybe after we knew what happened with him." Sana nodded in agreement and he didn't look at the blonde witch.

"Taemin this is Serena." Arin said. "She is a friend of ours and an army."

They explained what happened and Serena's facial expression changed. "Wait you are saying his eye color changed."

"Yes." Arin nodded. "Really. It became blue?" Serena asked.

They frowned. "Blue...No." Sana said. "It was silver."

"That is impossible." The witch mumbled. She rummaged through her bag getting her things out. "Why it is impossible?"

"Jimin here." Serena began. "He don't have a wolf at present."

Taemin was scared now. It was Jimin's secret. And now many people are going to know about it. If Arin realizes Jimin is the one who ran from Bangtan she would definitely inform Namjoon about this. This would ruin everything for Jimin.

"How do you know it all?" Arin asked now clearly wanting answers.

"Please Serena." Taemin didn't want anyone to know it without the omega's consent. "Let's wait for him to tell."

The blonde head too realized something was off. She nodded getting on with making some potion. "You know it too." Arin asked now getting frustrated.

"It is not my place to tell." Taemin mumbled. Sana placed her hand over her girlfriend asking non- verbally to cease the questioning. The three watched the blonde head making up a potion and Taemin helped her to get Jimin drink it.

To all of their relief he opened his eyes but the orbs still burning bright silver.

The first person Jimin noticed was Taemin. The vampire looked like he would burst into tears any moment now. His thoughts were haywire and it took a few more moments for him to remember what happened.

All he could remember was the pain he felt when Taemin bit him and everything went back. He tried to get up and succeeded in plopping himself on his elbow.
