Chapter 30

The week passed in a blur and Jimin felt his strength coming back to him. Though the wound on his head requires more time to heal Yerin dismissed him. Throughout the week Taehyung spend all day with him and so did Jeongguk. Namjoon and Jin visited once a day and Junho always tag along Hoseok to see chim. However Yoongi never came again.

Taehyung was with him as he left the infirmary. The latter has informed Jimin about the dinner Seokjin was planning for him because of his recovery.

"It will be us seven and Junho." Taehyung added. "Just family." Jimin smiled and felt the warmth as Taehyung spoke that word. Family. They were a family.

"This room reek Jeongguk." He wrinkled his nose as he entered Taehyung's room which was drowning in Jeongguk's chocolate and Taehyung's strawberries. "What do you expect? He was with me the entire week." Taehyung chuckled as he buried his nose in the pillows sighing.

"So did you guys do anything?" Jimin wiggled his eyebrows.

Taehyung's cheeks bloomed red as he sheepishly smiled. "No Chim." He whined. "We just cuddled."

"Besides he doesn't want to court me." He pouted. "Give him time Tae... Maybe he is waiting for the right time."

"Yeah" His eyes softened. "Wait, I have heard that those witches are coming next week." He shoots up from the bed with excitement sparkling in his eyes. "They will have the cure for your wolf."

Jimin felt the hope that spread through him. He grinned ear to ear. "You'll get your wolf back. Aren't you excited?"

"I don't want to get my hopes up Tae..." Jimin sighed. "What if..."

"Don't think like that." Taehyung cut him off. "You have to be positive about life."

Jimin smiled slightly. "I swear to god, all people around me are negative."

"Well we all have you for that." Jimin said. "You will protect all of us."

Taehyung pulled Jimin to a warm hug as they tackled each other in their arms. "I love you Chim..."

"I love you too Tae..."

"How did you manage to make this Joon?" Hoseok asked amazed as he took a bite of the dish that apparently was made by Namjoon who was known for his terrible experiences in kitchen.

"This is really tasty hyung." Taehyung said surprised by how tasty the dish was. Namjoon sheepishly smiled while Jin snorted.

"It happened accidently. I messed up with the ingredients." Jin tried his best to not to laugh but terribly failed in process.

"Accidents taste good." Hoseok cheekily said.

"This is yummy uncle Joon." Junho squealed while his father trying his best to control the mess he is making. "Well I got the only compliment I needed." Namjoon said and the table cooed at the little child.

"I have to tell you all something." Jeongguk began and everyone shifted their attention towards him.

"First to Taehyung." Taehyung was taken aback as the alpha called his name. He smiled amusedly as he watched Jeongguk fiddling with his fingers quite nervous. "I wanted to ask you this at the spring festival but all of that happened. And I waited for a right moment ever since."

Jimin had a hunch where it was going. He was excited for his friend. "I already asked your brothers and we all are here together now, the most important people in my life."

They all watched the true blood's speech with wonder. "Honestly apart from my mom, I didn't have anyone else in my life and you all have become special to me in a short time. I cannot think of a special place than this." He sighed. "So Kim Taehyung..." He pulled out a pendent, a silver chain with a half moon shaped white stone. "Will you accept this and allow me the privilege to court you."
