Caelans POV
Walking out of my house I watched her pouring something onto the body's of the vamps.
"Who are you?" I have never seen anyone burn the vamps after a fight. They usually get left, it only takes a day or so to fully decompose.
"I'm the one cleaning up this mess and fighting supernatural bastards while you and your mates were safe and sound playing on your playstations in there".
Wow what a tongue she had, and she sounded pissed. She had no idea what we were either. She ran into a battle fighting alongside 30 wolves, saving people she didn't know. Without fear or hesitation.
My perfect woman.
She stood up, the fires she had created were behind her giving her a powerful glow. I looked at her beautiful face and into her beautiful brown eyes. She felt like home. I'd never felt this way. Was this the mate bond? I felt pulled to her but not as strongly as I should. I had no idea what was happening to me.
I could only stare. I needed to know more. She wasn't human so we should've just killed her but every part of me was telling me not to.
I mind linked Jax. 'I need you to sedate her'.
She was stooping down and was scooping up the ashes into tubs. I have no idea why. When Jax tranqed her.
I lifted her up and carried her to one of my guest rooms. I placed her in the bed so she was comfortable.
I watched her for a little while while she slept. Her beautiful round face, cute button nose, red pouty lips her dirty blonde hair messy with a single braid through the side, her physique looked slim but strong.
Her arms were beautifully toned and her flat tummy was poking out under her top. I noticed what looked like a scar, I could've lifted her top to have a look but I respected her too much for that.
And that's just wrong on so many levels.
I started to empty her pockets. She was packing some serious weaponry.
I looked through her bag. Same thing. Daggers, stakes, throwing stars and so so many glass bottles.
I recognised the blue one as what she was poured on the vamps bodies. There were green bottles, they smelled disgusting like mouldy lettuce.
There were red bottles that smelled spicy and made me feel really dizzy. I figured it was probably safer to not mess with the other bottles.
She had a sleeping bag a spare set of clothes, Some biscuits, money and a crumpled photo of a young girl and boy.
It was the next day around noon when I heard her moving around the room. I sent Bobby to get her and bring her to me.
Bobby mind linked me 'she said if you want her then you need to go to her'.
I will not be disrespected in front of my pack.
Who does she think she is.
I went storming to her room and pushed the door open, almost pushed it off it's hinges I was so angry.
Then I saw her sat on the bad, looking relaxed and cocky. "Sup bro" she said with a smile. I melted on the inside.
After blackmailing her for her belongings I walked away and she started with that mouth of hers.
"I hate stupid games and men who think they're better then me. Where the fuck were you 'mighty alpha' when your people were being attacked last night?" She shouted at me.
I stopped and turned, she wasn't paying attention and walked straight into my chest. "Ouch, you shit your body is really hard" She said rubbing her perfect little nose. I smiled to myself but was pissed.
"Don't question my loyalty to my people again"
"Whatever you say mate" she said smiling at me. That sounded so good hearing her say that.
We walked into my office, she was looking out the window smiling. She had a glow about her that I couldn't place.
I followed her gaze and seen her looking at Declan. She must've recognised him.
"He's my second in commands son, he's really grateful to you for saving him". I told her.
"It's all part of the job" she smiled at me. Job? What job?
I asked her to sit down. I was completely enchanted by this woman.
I took out the bottles from my desk and lined them up in front of her. Her eyes widened.
"What are you?" I asked
"Im hungry is what I am pal" she said.
She's seriously testing me. I mind linked my omega Miriam. I wasn't sure what she knew so I picked up my phone for cover. She wasn't happy with my manners so corrected me.
She's going to keep me on my toes, I just know it!.
