Chapter 27

We stayed lying in each other arms for ages. I heard Caelans belly rumble. I giggled.
"I think I need feeding" Caelan said with a chuckle. Then mine rumbled. "I think my belly agrees with you" we both laughed.

We walked downstairs hand in hand. I won't lie, I really enjoyed being by Caelans side - in front of him, on top of him - such naughty things came to mind. "What are you thinking about?" Caelan broke me out of my thoughts
"oh nothing important"
"Are you sure about that? Your heart rate just picked up" he smirked at me. The git. He had a terrible advantage over me. I gave him a death stare. He laughed at me.

We walked into the kitchen and Miriam was just plating us up some food. It was a pasta dish and looked and smelled amazing.
I was so hungry I don't think I even tasted it, just wolfed it down. Excuse the pun.

With a belly full food of food and a beautiful man at my side I was content. Maybe staying here won't be so bad after all.
I looked at Caelan and he was staring into the distance, I've come to realise that this is his 'mind linking' face.

"Everyone has been accounted for, there isn't any missing pack members". He said sternly. "What the hell do we do now" he rubbed his face and looked at me.

"Now, we need to find a vamp to get some information".

As soon as I said that the windows in the kitchen smashed, Miriam was screaming. Then around 10 vamps jumped in. 2 went straight for the beautiful old lady. There was no way she could defend herself.

Caelan ran over and started to clear a path for her. Even in his human form he was a beast. I didn't have time to admire him. I went to grab Lucy and Lorraine - shit I'm still wearing a dress no underwear and no shoes! So impractical!

The other 7 came at me all together. I know I was strong but 7 vamps without weapons was going to be a challenge. One I didn't see ending very well.

I started kicking and punching, I managed to kick one hard enough he fell into a chair and broke it. I ran at the table, jumped onto it, did a flip grabbed a head of a vamp on my way and ripped it off, I kicked its body into an oncoming vamp which gave me a few extra seconds and grabbed the broken wood off the floor.

This'll do nicely. I thought.

More were coming. I was staking and fighting when I felt a sharp stabbing pain at the base of my neck. Then I felt a body surround me. One had got me and was feeding on me.

I tried to fight it off but another grabbed my arm and started feeding off my arm. It was like my mother all over again.

I managed to throw myself to the floor in paling the one on my back in the broken chair but another came.

There were too many of them. I kept fighting until I couldn't anymore.
They were feeding from every part of me.
I started to see black.

This was the end.

In the distance I heard a roar.

Then nothing.

Caelans POV

4 days ago..

After the meeting this afternoon, the air was filled with excitement that our Luna had finally arrived.
We walked back home hand in hand. When Morgan suggested we cut through the woods.

I know how much she loves the woods, and  after this morning it was starting to become my favourite place too.
We were talking about her being a witch, it fascinated me, we walked and went a little off track and ended up quite deep into the woods.

She looked so beautiful with the breeze blowing in her hair, the dress she was wearing was really testing my self control. We found out this morning that we are mates. I was so happy. She's perfect. I thought so the second I met I her. Mate or not.

I pulled her in for a kiss. She kissed me back with such passion I couldn't help myself. I pushed her back against a tree. I could feel her fighting for control but I didn't want to let her win this time.
I dropped to my knees. I could hear her heart rate quicken. She knew my intentions.

I reached up and pulled her underwear down, I put her panties in my jeans pocket, she wasn't having them back.
I gave her little kisses up her leg and hooked her leg over my shoulder. I wanted to drive her as crazy as she drove me.

I kissed her inner thigh, I could feel her losing her balance and it made me hard. I grabbed onto her waist and put my finger inside her, then I put mouth on her. I used my tongue to tease her while still pushing my finger inside her. She was tugging my hair so rough I reckon I'm gonna be bald when this is over, I started to slow down when she growled at me not to stop, I could feel her getting close, her body was trembling and her heart was pounding in her chest then I felt her body go rigid while she cried out. It was a heady feeling and I was seriously turned on right now.

I stood up and wiped my mouth with the back of my hand to show her I enjoyed her and kissed her hard, I kept her leg up, I didn't want her getting control back just yet.
I undid my buttons on my jeans and lined up with her. The next perimeter checks were due soon "It's gonna be fast is that ok? We don't have a lot of time" I gave her a devilish grin. "Go for it" She said with a really naughty smile. I could've exploded there and then but where's the fun in that.

I thrust into her fast and hard, my animal side was taking over and I fucking loved it. I could tell she did too. I've never had a woman make me feel this way before. I could feel myself getting closer and I could tell by the noises Morgan was making that she wasn't far behind too, I kept going till she sunk her teeth into my shoulder and came.
Fuck it hurt but was so amazing that seconds later I came too.
I rested my head on her forehead.
I wanted to do that every day. I pulled my head back to look at her and she was glowing, she had a yellow light glowing off her.

"You're glowing, beautiful" I said amazed. I pulled out of her and placed her leg gently to the ground and did my jeans back up
"is that the polite way to say I'm sweating" she giggled at me. I chuckled back
"No, I mean you're actually glowing, there's a yellow light around you". It was beautiful, I tucked some unruly hair behind her ear.
