Levi's POV

If it's been confirmed... I'll be a dad soon. Seriously... I can't believe it... me... a dad. Could it really be possible? Earlier, I dropped Hanji back off at the orphanage after we spent the night at my place. Seriously... I couldn't believe it. Me... as a dad... can I really see myself like this? Another question is like... would I be like my dad?

"Yo, Levi!" Farlan threw down a small stack of files on his own desk, chuckling a bit. Almost like he was happy to have startled me. "What's wrong with you? You're quiet- I mean, quieter than your usual self. Did... did something happen with Hanji or something?"

"Doesn't matter."

"Doesn't matter? Doesn't matter?" He repeats my words, shaking his head as he fell into his seat. "Levi, what happened? First of all- who broke it up?" Was he really thinking that we broke up? Idiotic... "Hey- talk to me."

"We didn't break up," I responded, rubbing my forehead. "None of that. It's something else."

Farlan then pushed his chair towards me- bumping into me slightly. His voice lowered in a kind-hearted way. "Honestly, what happened? You can confess to me. I'm seriously not joking. You're in the dumps right now... Levi, come on." He continued to ask me questions until I finally let go.

"Before I say it, you seriously need to keep this tight-lipped. Got it? I mean it."

"Bro, anything. I swear to it. If I can't, I'll pay you $100. I swear."

Then, I confessed it: "Hanji's pregnant with my kid."

Watching his eyes go wide with slight panic. "S-Seriously?"  His hands started tapping on my arm with playful intentions. "I can't believe it- Uncle Farlan?! Me?! Holy-" Before anything else happened, I practically tackled him to the ground.

"Shut up!"

Farlan chuckled awhile. "Sorry man... I can't believe it." Then realization fell upon him. "Oh wait... you two are nothing but boyfriend and girlfriend... are you planning on marrying her or something? What's the next step?"

"I'm not sure." I sighed, getting up and falling into my chair. "Honestly... I might just... move in with her at the orphanage. Take care of the baby- since she's still thinking of keeping it. Actually, I don't mind it. She says she wants to because she's afraid of never having kids again."

"Understandable on that part." Farlan chuckled, struggling back into his chair. "Man... keeping a kid... how do you feel?"

"Not sure. I mean... sure, I want it but..."

"Ohh... right..." Farlan rolled his eyes, sighing. "We did both end up at an orphanage... isn't that right, Levi? You're afraid of being a bad parent?"

Once more, I sighed. "Yeah..." All I had was my mom... and she died. My uncle took care of me for a bit... until he practically surrendered me to the orphanage. Farlan was there before I came. "I am afraid."

Farlan slapped my arm slightly, chuckling. "If it cheers you up- you're nothing like your dad. You're completely different. If you're afraid of being like him... you're already different. You told me that your mom never talked about your dad, right? So he never really cared about having you. But you, Levi Kenny Ackerman, you're wanting to have this kid with Hanji, right?"

"Yes. I do."

"Then you're already not like him. Your loyalty to Hanji and your little unborn one... you're definitely better."

"Thanks," I chuckled, smiling softly, "Yeah, that definitely helps..."

Erwin's POV

"So uh, Erwin," Miche starting talking to me, "a little birdie of mine overheard something at the police station. You might want to hear it before things go... crazy."

"Overheard something?" I chuckled, sorting through my case files. "Like what?"

"Like Hanji's apparently pregnant." Everything dropped. Even my own heartbeat. "It's a joke between the officers to tease that Ackerman guy and Hanji as a couple. So I wouldn't be surprised if he's the father."

Pausing for a second, I leaned in to Miche. "Oh- wait... Officer Levi Ackerman? Seriously...?"

"Why? You know something about him?"

"I slightly know about him. Seriously... she moved on that quickly? Can't believe it was only 5 months or so... wow..." Feeling a slight smile grow on my face, I must've realize it was nothing but happiness. "Great job."

"You're not going to do anything?"

My head shook slightly. "No, not really... think it's too late to talk to the kids at the orphanage or something?"

"They uh... might not like it. As I heard from you, not that Jaeger kid. You two have bad history, huh?"

Huh... I remember... I remember why he called me the Bad Man. I've forgotten...
