I should never have left her here at the orphanage by herself. Yet she was the one who pushed me out of there. The baby... the baby was already coming. Why was it so early...? What's going on? Did Hanji push herself beyond her limits when I was out of her sight? Oh god... the pain she was in... the pain all morning... Hanji...

All I could whisper to her was promises of her being safe. For her to take deep breaths until the ambulance came. Isabel and Farlan followed me and they wanted to help keep the kids busy until I came back with Hanji safely.
I held her hand as she relentlessly screamed in agony. We tried telling her to practice those breathing methods... she followed through some... yet she was still in pain. 14 more minutes until we reach the hospital... please last that long, Hanji... I want to see our beautiful baby...

"Keep pushing!" I shouted to her, standing by Hanji's side as she finally gave birth to our first son. As the nurses rushed over to help clean the first baby, Hanji was already giving birth to the second one. This time, a daughter.
When the waves had calmed down, Hanji and I were able to hold onto our beloved twins. Funny... they both looked like me. Black hair... and their eyes were not yet revealed. Who would've thought that twins were a thing. The idea of Hanji not giving birth... how ironic that we would've gotten twins.
