Two days later Meg came to visit Christine and Erik. She came in the afternoon with a baked potatoes. ,,Aren't you going to say that's gross again, Erik?" She laughed. Of course she remembered Erik's disgusted grimacing on the wedding. Christine giggled and stroked Erik's shoulders. ,,Oh, Meg! Stop teasing him!" Erik giggled too. But Meg looked worried for some reason. ,,When I was on the way to you, I was stalked..." she admitted. ,,By who?!" Erik was shocked and Christine took his hands in horror. ,,I don't know... He didn't do anything to me. He just looked where I was going.... I'm so sorry, Christine... Now I'm afraid someone can find out where you live" Meg began to cry. Christine hugged her. ,,Don't worry, Meg" she whispered to her. ,,Don't worry about us. No one is going to hurt us. You don't have to be afraid" ,,Don't you want to go out for a while?" Erik asked to cheer them up. He loved going out after so many years of living under the opera. Christine smiled at him. ,,Of course, we want to!" Meg smiled too. ,,You changed much, Erik. I remember you constantly nervous, angry and insecure" ,,I'm so happy of my life now. Our marriage with Christine changed my life" Erik smiled. Christine looked proud. They went out into the woods. Erik prepared a picnic. They had the baked potatoes Meg brought to them. ,,My mother made it for us" Meg said. Erik handed her a glass of lemonade. ,,We are so happy that you visited us" ,,So, are you planning to have children already?" Meg asked and Erik while drinking began to choke a little. ,,It's a little bit early, isn't it?",,Erik is worried that the baby can be born just the way he did" Christine told her. ,,So you don't want to have children?" Meg was very curious. ,,Of course we want to. We just need to wait a little longer" Christine explained and took another glass of lemonade. Meg looked behind and saw the man that stalked her behind the tree. She didn't want to panic so she tried not to look at him. He went away soon... ,,Are you alright, Meg?" Christine asked her. ,,Oh, yes... I just...I just think I saw that person again... I'm afraid to go home alone" Meg admitted. ,,If you need I can accompany you home" Christine caressed her shoulder. Meg agreed.
It was already getting dark. Madame Giry fortunately came to see Christine too. ,,I promised Meg to accompany her home" Christine said. ,,No problem. I just wanted to say say hello to Erik. He looks so happy with you" Madame Giry said. ,,I'm going to stay here until you get back" she said. ,,I will return soon" Christine promised.
