In the White Fang Throne Room, eight Faunus men and women stood before Adam Taurus who sat on his throne. HK-47 observed the group with his photoreceptors. After analyzing them, HK-47 relays the results to his master.
HK-47: Analysis: These meatbags are unarmed, master.
Upon hearing the results, Adam gets off his throne and approaches the eight Faunus. The Faunus remained silent as Adam began to speak to them.

Adam: Faunus. I brought you all here because you are the best; the elite. But most importantly, I brought you all here because your dedication to the cause rivals my own. I stand before you truly humbled. So many lives have been lost in pursuit of our cause, but each and every sacrifice has made us stronger. The Humans and their Faunus collaborators would see us wiped off from the face of Remnant! But we will not fall. We will not stop until all Faunus live free from the tyranny of humans! Today is a new beginning for all of us. You have been born into dangerous times. A sharp mind can be the key to survival. As of now, you eight shall be my personal guard. You shall become the Sword of the Faunus!
As Adam says this, the eight Faunus were presented black cloaks and headwraps. They were also presented with Grimm Masks with red and black markings similar to Adam's mask. As the eight Faunus put on their uniforms, they became the Sword of the Faunus. They became the elite of the White Fang. They were soon presented with crimson swords. As they were given their blades, they saluted Adam Taurus. Adam and HK-47 then led the Sword of the Faunus outside the throne room where the entire White Fang were gathered.
Adam: This is truly a glorious day for the White Fang. In our struggle, we will be cruel to the Humans, and through our cruelty they will know who we are. And they will find the evidence of our cruelty in the disemboweled, dismembered, and disfigured bodies of their kind we leave behind us. And the Humans won't not be able to help themselves but to imagine the cruelty their brothers endured at our hands, and our boot heels, and the edge of our knives. And the Humans will be sickened by us, and the Humans will talk about us, and the Humans will fear us. And when the Humans closes their eyes at night and they're tortured by their subconscious for the evil they have done, it will be with thoughts of us they are tortured with. They will reap what they've sown. For their cruelty against the Faunus, we shall inflict the same level of cruelty. They sought to enslave us. They sought to kill us. No longer! Today is a rebirth of the White Fang! Liberation will no longer be our sole goal! We will seek conquest in our fight for liberation! On this day, the White Fang shall be reborn! All who stand against us shall fall before our wrath! On this day, the White Fang will be reorganized into the White Fang Empire! For the a safe and secure society to all Faunus!
The White Fang: LONG LIVE THE WHITE FANG EMPIRE! LONG LIVE THE WHITE FANG EMPIRE!
Adam: This empire will ruled by only the Faunus! The Humans will be treated the same as they did to our ancestors in the past! They will be made as slaves! They will endure the same hardships that our ancestors endured! All of Humanity will be made to bow before the White Fang Empire! LONG LIVE THE WHITE FANG EMPIRE!
The White Fang: LONG LIVE THE WHITE FANG EMPIRE! LONG LIVE THE WHITE FANG EMPIRE! LONG LIVE THE WHITE FANG EMPIRE!
HK-47 watched all this transpire with interest. It reminded him of how the Sith Lord Darth Malgus had broken away from the old Sith Empire and forged his own. As Adam entered the throne room, HK-47 expressed his approval.
HK-47: Statement: What an interesting turn of events, master! The Human meatbags will certainly soil themselves in fear!
Adam: Fear is how the Faunus will wage this war. Fear is what was used to keep the Faunus down. Now we shall weaponize that fear and use it against the Humans. Only through fear can we rise up against the Humans.
HK-47: Approval: Fear has been proven to be a highly effective tool. You continue to both impress and surprise me, master.
Adam: I have a mission for you and the Sword of the Faunus. I am preparing for an invasion of Atlas. But there are still loose ends here on Mistral to tie up. There are people: Human and Faunus alike who could jeopardize our attack.
Upon hearing this, HK-47 immediately thought of Blake Belladonna.
HK-47: Query: Is Blake Belladonna one of these loose ends?
Adam: No. She assumes the White Fang will attack Haven Academy. Let waste her time on a plot that no longer concerns me. Here is your list of targets. Eliminate them.
HK-47: Response: With pleasure, master.
With that, HK-47 took the Sword of the Faunus and began their mission to eliminate the loose ends that that could threaten the White Fang invasion of Atlas. On that day, the White Fang Empire was born. As Adam Taurus prepared for the invasion of Atlas, the White Fang had been transformed.
