HK-47: The White Fang's Assassin

Chapter Seven - Fall Of Beacon

As the invasion of Beacon began, Adam and HK-47 along with a detachment of the White Fang descended upon Beacon like a purging flame. Adam cut his way through the defenders while HK-47 shot them down with joy. 

HK-47: Statement: Time to die, meatbags! 

Adam: Move forward! Kill any who stand in your way! HK! With me! 

Adam and HK-47 began making their way through the halls of Beacon while slaughtering all the Atlas soldiers that stood in their way. Despite their best efforts, they stood no chance against the onslaught of Adam and HK-47. As they reached the interior dining hall, HK-47 detects something familiar on his scanners. Before he could inform Adam, Adam locked eyes on a shocked and horrified Blake. 

Blake: No....Adam? 

Adam: Hello, my darling.

Blake begins to back away in horror, but she soon stops herself as Adam begins to taunt her.

Adam: Running away again? Is that what you've become, my love? A coward?

Blake: Why are you doing this?

Adam: You and I were going to change the world, remember? We were destined to light the fires of revolution! Consider this...the spark.

Adam prepares to stab a student, but Blake intervenes as the two locked blades. HK-47 chose not to intervene as he felt Blake was rightfully Adam's kill. 

Blake: I'm...not...running.

Adam: You...will.

Adam quickly overpowers Blake. Soon enough, HK-47 walks over to Blake and grabs her by the hair.

Adam: But not before you suffer for your betrayal, my love.

HK-47: Statement: She's all yours, master.

Adam: This could've been our day! Can't you see that!?

Blake: I never wanted this! I wanted equality! I wanted peace!

Blake tries to fight back, but HK-47 keeps her restrained. 

Adam: What you want is impossible!

Adam begins to attack her with HK-47 letting her go. He continues to shoot all who came across his path. As Adam continues to overpower Blake, Yang calls out to Blake. Without hesitation, Yang charges at Adam with the intention of helping Blake. As she launches herself towards Adam, Adam slices off the lower half of her right arm. As Yang collapses to the ground, tears streamed down Blake's face. 

Blake: No......

As Blake attempts to fight back, Yang slowly gets up. With a wicked smile, Adam turns to HK-47. 

Adam: Deal with her. Make her scream. 

HK-47: Compliance: With pleasure, master. 

HK-47 slowly walks over to Yang as she bleeds onto the floor. HK-47 finds himself impressed with Yang's spirit. 

HK-47: Observation: You display remarkable durability for a meatbag. Normally a meatbag would writhe on the floor in pain. 

Yang shows a fiery determination in her eyes as she slowly walks over to HK-47. Seeing this display amuses the Assassin Droid. 

HK-47: Statement: My master desires your screams. I am most eager to comply. Now let us test the limits of your pain tolerance, meatbag. 

HK-47 allows Yang to throw the first punch, but as she does, she screams in pain as she nearly shatters her other hand with attempting to punch through  HK-47's armor plating.

HK-47: Mockery: That wasn't very smart of you, meatbag.

Without hesitation, HK-47 shoots one of Yang's legs, sending her to the ground. HK-47 looks upon the barely conscious yang with sadistic glee. HK-47 then proceeds to snap her leg in two, causing further pain. Yang's screams of anguish echoed through the halls. HK-47 then uses his blaster rifle to fire shots into Yang's left leg, severing it from her body and proceeds to break the right leg. He then grabs Yang by the head and slams her to the ground. HK-47 then follows up by  Once he does so, be proceeds to viciously beat Yang to a bloody pulp. Blake watches in horror as HK-47 continues to beat Yang. 

Adam: Goodbye, my love.

Adam swings his sword and decapitates her, but both her body and her head suddenly vanish. Adam turns to see Blake attacking HK-47 with a strike to the head. This allows her enough time to grab the bloodied and beaten Yang and runs off. HK-47 begins firing at her, but misses. As they do, HK-47 returns to Adam.

HK-47: Analysis: My targeting computer is off. It appears that hit from the meatbag did some minor systems damage. Do not worry, master. It shall be repaired immediately. 

Adam said nothing as he watched Beacon burn. 

HK-47: Query: Shall I go after the meatbags, master? They couldn't have gotten far. The blonde meatbag is critically wounded and is unable to move. I could easily shoot them from here. 

Adam: No. I want them to live with the fear I've planted in them. When the time comes, I'll hunt them down. Before I'm done with them, they will know true suffering. Only when I've taken everything from them will I grant them a merciful death.

HK-47: Statement: Just when I believe my photoreceptors have recorded the last potential aspect of your cruelty to my memory core, you commit a new atrocity that leaves me analyzing its impact for days. You are like a delightful random cruelty generator, master, poisoning all you touch with your presence. You are a testament to all organic meatbags everywhere.

Adam: Come, HK. There is still much to do.

HK-47: Statement: I have already learned a great deal, master, and I am anxious to learn more about lying, betrayal, and new ways to harm innocents.

With that, Beacon had fallen. Adam and HK-47 withdrew from Beacon and back to their camp. HK-47 took great pride in the slaughter he participated in. In his mind, this slaughter was HK-47's proudest moments since his reactivation. But this was only the beginning for Adam Taurus and HK-47.
