HK-47: The White Fang's Assassin

Chapter Nine - Nightmares

After the Battle of Beacon, Yang was deeply traumatized by what had happened. The injuries she suffered at the hands of both Adam and HK-47 deeply affected her both physically and psychologically. In response to her injuries, she was given prosthetic limbs to replace her right arm and left leg. While the doctors were able to heal most of heal injuries, her right leg was permanently damaged by HK-47. He is now forced to wear a mechanical leg brace on her right leg so she can use it. Her mind plays back the encounter with HK-47. 

HK-47(Past): Observation: You display remarkable durability for a meatbag. Normally a meatbag would writhe on the floor in pain. 

She then got up from her injuries and slowly approached HK-47. T

HK-47(Past): Statement: My master desires your screams. I am most eager to comply. Now let us test the limits of your pain tolerance, meatbag. 

She remembers throwing punches at HK-47, but all it did was amuse the Assassin Droid. 

HK-47(Past): Mockery: That wasn't very smart of you, meatbag.

Yang then relived every moment of torture she endured at the hands of HK-47. She remembered how HK-47 beat her to a bloody pulp. Despite being in and out of consciousness, she remembered how HK-47 took great pleasure in inflicting all that pain on her. Yang soon took deep breaths as to calm herself down. Suddenly, blaster fire was heard outside the house. 

Yang: What the....

Yang rushed outside to see HK-47 surrounded by fire. Shock and horror filled Yang's mind as she saw her family dead before HK-47. All that was left was Ruby. Yang began running to protect her sister, but as she ran, she got no closer to them. Ruby turned to see her half sister. 

Ruby: Y...Yang.....

Yang could only watch in horror as HK-47 shot down Ruby. As he body collapsed to to the floor, HK-47 turned his attention to Yang. 

HK-47: Mocking Query: Now where were we?

In a fit of blind rage, Yang raced towards HK-47 as her eyes sparked red with rage and her hair ignited into flames. 

Yang: I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!

As Yang charged at HK-47, her cybernetic limbs shattered to pieces and she collapsed onto the floor. Her anger soon turned to crippling fear as HK-47 walked towards her. Yang tried to crawl away, but HK-47 quickly caught up with her. She soon felt all the pain she suffered at his hands. HK-47 aimed his blaster rifle at Yang's head. 

HK-47: Declaration: Time to finish what I started, meatbag. 

As HK-47 pulled the trigger, Yang suddenly woke up in her bed screaming and in cold sweats. She looked around to see that the house was still normal. She looked outside to see her father Taiyang tending to his garden. She checked her cybernetic limbs to see that they were still in one piece. She then curled up into a ball and took several deep breaths. 

Yang: Damn it all.....

Yang continued to struggle with the mental trauma she suffered from HK-47's savage beating on her. Meanwhile on a boat heading to Menagerie, Blake struggled with Adam's change as well as HK-47's savage beating of Yang. 

Blake: (Yang....I'm so sorry....)

Blake decided to take a walk outside to feel some fresh air. As she exited her quarters and entered the deck, she saw Adam and HK-47 standing over the bodies of all the passengers as well as the crew. Before she could react, HK-47 shot Blake's right leg with his blaster rifle, sending her to the ground. As Blake writhed in pain, HK-47 calmly walked over to Blake and shot her other leg. Blake soon screamed in pain as Adam approached her with his sword drawn. 

HK-47: Statement: She's all yours, Master.

As Adam set his eyes on Blake, her heart stopped.

Blake: Adam...

Adam: This was meant to be our time, Blake. This was meant to be our glorious revolution. Instead, you ran away....

Blake: Stop this, Adam....stop this before it goes too far!

Adam: For the Faunus to prosper, blood must be shed. The Humans must experience our pain. They must know what they put the Faunus through. It will be a glorious revolution, Blake. The Faunus will have their revenge. 

HK-47: Declaration: You won't live to see that day, meatbag. 

Blake's heart soon sank as she was mere seconds away from death. She kept glancing between Adam and HK-47, wondering who was going to kill her. HK-47 then spoke with Adam. 

HK-47: Query: Shall I finish this meatbag off, Master?

Adam: No. She's mine to kill. 

HK-47 backed away as Adam raised his sword towards Blake. 

Adam: You could've helped me usher in a new world for the Faunus. Now you've squandered this opportunity. It gives me no pleasure in doing this, darling. But you've left me no choice. All enemies of the Faunus must be destroyed without mercy or compassion. Goodbye....

As Adam brought the blade down on Blake, Blake woke up in her room with cold sweat. She looked around her quarters to find it relatively safe. She breathed a sigh of relief as she found out that it was all just a nightmare.

Blake: Just a dream....thank Oum.....

Despite this, she still feared what Adam and HK-47 would do in the wake of the Fall of Beacon. She knew that at that point, Adam and HK-47 were among the most dangerous threats in Remnant. As the boat continued it's journey to Menagerie, the White Fang was growing in both power and influence.
