Chapter Fifty - The Imperium Of The Faunus

As the last pockets of resistance were destroyed, the war was finally over. The White Fang Empire had conquered all of Remnant. Inside his cell on the Star Forge, the paralyzed Oscar could only speak to Ozpin as they both felt the tide change. After weeks of imprisonment, Adam Taurus walked into his cell. 

Adam: The war is over. Remnant is now under the control of the White Fang Empire. 

Upon hearing this, Oscar didn't say a word. Adam walked over to Oscar with a smirk on his face.

Adam: You once told me that I would fail in my fight against Salem. But I did what you could not. I ensured that Salem never again threatens this world. 

It was at this moment that Oscar looked up at Adam with unblinking eyes. Oscar and Ozpin spoke at the same time. 

Oscar/Ozpin: You have no idea what you've brought upon yourself, Adam Taurus. You may have conquered Remnant, but an Empire built on war and fear will not last.

Adam: The White Fang Empire will change Remnant for the better. The Faunus will no longer live in fear under Human tyranny. The Humans will soon suffer the same torment they wrought on the Faunus. As for you, you can watch as the old world burns. You can watch as my Empire changes the face of Remnant. 

As Adam says this, he thrusts his Wilt Sword into Oscar's chest. Oscar gasps for air as Adam executes him. Adam knew full well that Ozpin's spirit would reincarnate into another body, but there would be nothing Ozpin could do. All of his allies were gone and Adam had all the Maidens and the Relics at his disposal. At most, Ozpin would merely be an unwilling observer. Hours later, the White Fang Empire occupied all of Remnant. In light of the great victory, Adam Taurus gathers his followers in the throne room of the Star Forge. Standing besides him were HK-47 and Penny along with the Sword Of The Faunus. Adam has his speech televised across all of Remnant.

Adam: People of Remnant, today is a glorious day! After a long and arduous war, the White Fang Empire has emerged victorious! It was a hard-felt battle. Mighty White Fang ships cross from sea to sea, land to land. From the heart of Atlas to the Grimm-infested lands of Salem, the men and women of the White Fang Empire fought valiantly against the Human and Grimm menace: a plague that terrorizes the Faunus across all of Remnant. A never-ending swarm of hate! But, I stand before you humbled and proud. Many lives were lost, many sacrifices endured in this struggle against those who wish to see us fall. But that struggle ends; our enemies had been destroyed.  The nightmare is over...

As Adam pauses, he faced the crowd of Faunus and Droid who proudly wore the colors of the White Fang Empire. 

Adam: White Fang Soldiers have reduced stronghold of our enemies to ashes. And with it, the power of our enemy has washed away! And that day, the White Fang Empire forged it's destiny!

The cheers of patriotism from the battalion of White Fang Soldiers are listened to throughout the screening of the video. The sound was nearly deafening in the Star Forge. 

Adam: But now....our Empire must change once more! From this day on, the White Fang Empire will be reborn as; The Imperium of Faunus!

Cheers of the White Fang Soldiers, now as Imperium Faunus Soldiers. They let out a collective cheer which could be hear across all of Remannt. It shook the very stars in the sky. 

Adam: For the Imperium that I've forged, it will be a new future for the Faunus! Glory for us to take! Soldiers of the Imperium, you will accept these burdens as the imperium pleads. You will accept these burdens knowing no fear! You will acknowledge these burdens as a sword of the Imperium and the Faunus! You will stand firm against all who dare think to oppose us! You will grant no mercy. You will give no ground! With humility, you will bear the symbol of freedom. The emblem of loyalty, unbroken. In reverence, you will receive actuation, awakening the armor spirit. With pride, you will bear the symbol of your legion and join your brothers and sisters in serving our great Empire! 

Adam spread his arms to the army before him.

Adam: For you are, liberators of the Faunus. You are wrath. You are destruction! You. Are. THE SWORD OF THE FAUNUS! THE RIGHTEOUS VENGEANCE OF THE FAUNUS! 

With that final declaration of his discourse, the Imperium Faunus all let out zealous cheers of patriotism. Cheers for the Imperium of Faunus and the newly acclaimed Emperor of the Faunus.

Imperium Faunus Soldiers: LONG LIVE THE IMPERIUM! LONG LIVE THE FAUNUS! LONG LIVE THE EMPEROR OF THE FAUNUS!

On that day, the Imperium Of The Faunus was born. In the months following this, the Imperium Of The Faunus moved quickly to secure power. Soon, all Humans faced the wrath of the Imperium. The Humans were quickly enslaved and made to work in the mines and suffer the same mistreatment as the Faunus endured for decades. The Imperium Of The Faunus quickly became the most dominant power in all of Remnant. The Schnees were wiped from history. All traces of the Schnee family as well as the Schnee Dust Company was wiped from the face of Remannt. In time, the Schnees would be forgotten. With the power of the Star Forge, no one could stand against them. But that didn't stop some from trying. Various Human uprisings erupt all across Remnant, but they were quickly eliminated. As the Imperium Of The Faunus becomes the most dominant power of Remnant, a transport shuttle arrives at the Star Forge. As the shuttle lands in the hanger bay, Adam and HK-47 exit the shuttle. When they make their way to the throne room, the Sword Of The Faunus salute him. 

HK-47: Statement: Our spies bring word of a small meatbag uprising in Vale. 

Adam: I have no time for petty uprisings. Extinguish them painfully. 

HK-47: Response: With pleasure, master. 

With that, HK-47 takes Penny and the Sword Of The Faunus to deal with the Human uprising in Vale, leaving Adam alone in his throne room. As he is alone in his throne room, Adam takes a moment to ponder his future. The Imperium Of The Faunus was now the most dominant power in Remnant. He knew Ozpin was out there, but he posed no threat. With no allies to aid him, Ozpin was effectively helpless to stop Adam. Not even his magic could help undo all that Adam has done. But as Adam pondered the future of his Empire, his thoughts fell on Blake. While Adam wanted Blake to be by his side, he knew that she had to die. She was too far gone for Adam to convert her back to his cause. Though the success of his war meant that there would be no enemies to conquer, Adam was content with this, knowing that the Faunus had finally achieved their destiny as masters of Remnant. On this day, the Remnant of old was no more. No longer would Humans dominate over the Faunus. The age of the Imperium Of The Faunus had begun.
