After the destruction of Atlas and the rise of the Star Forge, Adam Taurus and the White Fang Empire had cemented itself as the most dangerous threat to Remnant. Adam had the Relic of Creation and the Winter Maiden under his control. The Star Forge was in the midst of creating a powerful fleet that would serve the cause of the White Fang Empire. As the White Fang Empire gathered it's forces, all enemies of the White Fang Empire scramble to come up with a plan. On the airship heading to Atlas, Ruby's group were still in total shock over what had happened. Blake looked at the group, specifically Weiss and Yang. Blake was overcome with immense guilt over what Adam and HK-47 had done to them.
Blake: Yang. Weiss. I'm... I'm so sorry. This...this is all my fault.
Yang: None of this is your fault.
Blake: You don't understand! Adam....he was never like this. He's changed....
Qrow: Now he has the Staff and the Winter Maiden. But how the hell did Taurus find out about them?
Oscar: Ozpin says it's possible that Adam might have gotten that information from Ironwood.
Jaune: As if we didn't have anything else to worry about. First Salem and now the White Fang.
It soon became clear that the threat of Adam Taurus and the White Fang Empire was equal to Salem.
Ruby: Blake, what will Adam do next?
Blake: I...I don't know. He's....he's different now. Before this, there was no way Adam would be able to storm Atlas.
Qrow: And he has both the Staff and the Winter Maiden. I doubt Salem is gonna let that pass.
As Qrow said this, Blake was mentally exhausted. She never thought the White Fang would grow into what it became. The White Fang was no longer a fringe movement. It was now an empire ready for conquest. Blake then proceeds to tell everyone about her history with Adam Taurus as well as HK-47 and how he came to serve Adam. She also told them of the attack on Menagerie and the massacre HK-47 left behind. Blake's testimony painted a clear picture of what HK-47 was capable of. Yang was the only other person onboard that knew first hand of just how deadly and cruel HK-47 could be. Her prosthetics were a testament to HK-47's cruelty.
Yang: When we find Adam and his robot, I call dibs on the robot. I got a score to settle with that walking scrap pile.
Weiss: You can have the robot. I want Taurus.
As Yang and Weiss voiced their desire for revenge, Blake became concerned, knowing how dangerous Adam and HK-47 were.
Ruby: We'll beat them. And then we'll beat Salem.
Qrow: One thing at a time. Since Atlas is no longer an option, the next best place is Mantle. Let's just hope the White Fang hasn't turned that place into a crater.
Maria: Setting a course for Mantle.
With that, Maria sets a course for Mantle where Ruby's group would rethink their plan. Blake became deeply concerned about the entire thing. It was clear that not only did the White Fang change from Blake knew before, Adam Taurus changed as well. He was charismatic before, but now he was able to forge an empire from what used to be a fringe group. A part of Blake wondered if the White Fang could truly be stopped given the present circumstances of Salem. Bu for now, Blake would ignore those thoughts. Meanwhile at the Evernight Castle in the Land of Darkness, Salem gathers her inner circle to discuss the matter of Adam Taurus of the White Fang Empire.
Salem: This is most disappointing.
Cinder: It seems Taurus has developed delusions of grandeur.
Salem: Do not forget that he has both the Staff and the Winter Maiden. Which begs the question: how did he know about them?
Cinder: I told him nothing of the sort.
Watts: For once, I agree. She may be arrogant, but she isn't foolish to reveal such important information to someone like Taurus. It is likely that he made Ironwood talk.
Tyrian: Send me after him, my goddess! I will bring you Taurus's head!
Mercury: Good luck with that, crazy. You first have to deal with that robot Taurus has with him. For a robot, that thing has an itchy trigger finger.
Cinder: That robot is merely a pawn. If we cut the head off the snake, then the body will die shortly after.
Salem: Cinder is right. As it stands, Adam Taurus has become a liability. His little empire has made a dangerous enemy. What Adam Taurus doesn't understand is that my wrath is without equal. By declaring me his enemy, Adam Taurus has sealed his fate and the fate his his so called "empire". A pity that someone that could've been a truly valuable asset has made himself a liability. I believe it's time Adam Taurus learns about true power.
With that, Salem organizes her forces and marched on Atlas with the intention of wiping out Adam Taurus and the White Fang Empire. In that moment, the two opposing factions set their sights on Adam Taurus. With enemies on all sides, Adam Taurus knew that he had a target on his back. Despite this, Adam had the power of the Star Forge at his disposal. He would fully utilize the Star Forge's power to create a military the likes of which Remnant has never seen.
