Chapter 29: Two Inflicted Pains

Weeks had past, ganun at ganun pa rin ang takbo ng schedules ko.

At school, practice for the play na perfect na namin, nakapagrehearse na rin kami kahapon with our costumes maging ang effects and such ay kasama sa rehearsal.

Masyado akong busy at pagod sa mga activities ko and every weekends, training naman with Kuya Caliber.

At sa mga weeks na lumipas, araw araw akong nakakatanggap ng rose flower with chocolates and a simple letter. Wala akong kaide-ideya kung bakit at kung kanino nanggagaling iyun...

I'm thinking na galing iyun kay Gregory because he's really busy ay hindi na niya magawang makipagkita sa akin and just send me some presents, but on the other hand, he's not a type of guy who'll do some sweet things, sobrang layo at hindi halata sa kaniya..

But still, some part of me is hoping na sana siya nga, because if you like someone you'll do some unusual things for that person.

Masyado na akong nag-aassume! It's bad, Gregory still didn't confess to me that his liking for me is deep, maybe before assuming for something from him ay kailangan ko muna marinig ang assurance that he's really into me...

Some of the chocolates ay binigay ko na sa ibang maids, our fridge is already filled with it, sasakitan pa yata ako ng ngipin kakakain nun eh...

The said Foundation Day came. Sobrang crowded ng Carolaine Academy dahil sa mga taong dumagsa most especially families of the students na todo suporta sa mga anak nila at para na rin makapasyal.

Ngayon na ang panghuling araw, the 3rd day of our Foundation day at ang araw na magpeperform kami sa stage.

Hindi ko maiwasan ang kabahan habang nasa loob ng backstage preparing ourselves. I'm inside the performer's room and our make-up artists are fixing our looks. Hawak ko ang script and reading it once again habang abala naman na inaayos ang buhok ko.

"Athena! Goodluck!"

Napalingon ako sa lalaking sumigaw sa labas ng room and saw Martin there na nakasilip, hawak din ang isang pad na may nakasulat na 'Goodluck Athena!'

I chuckled. Agad naman siyang umalis dahil busy rin siya sa technicals.

As the time goes, our play had started. Maraming taong nanood and the gymnasium was filled. Kuya Acer and Kuya Caliber is in the crowd as well na mas lalong nagpapakaba sa akin.

Thankfully, the play goes on successfully hanggang umabot na kami sa end scene. I'm wearing my princess like gown habang hawak ng dalawang lalaki ang kamay kong nakatali and the other guys behind me.

The scene is the main character was kidnapped and about to bring her to her death in the woods and his mysterious leading man on mask will appear to save her and his identity will be revealed na si Khail ang gaganap.

The scene was just right at alam kong mag eend ng maayos. I was relieved because the play will end well tonight and I know that the crowd is satisfied as I glance at their reactions.

"Let go of me! Don't kill me please!"

I acted, just like what in the scene. They guys laugh at me hanggang sa bigla na ngang dumating si Khail on his Knight Suit.

I was a bit puzzled nang makita ang Knight Armor nito na iba sa dapat na susuotin ni Khail in the play. He is wearing a Black Knight suit which is supposed to be red..

Nagtataka man ay nagpatuloy ang play, the guys asked him but he didn't responded as what the script supposed to happen. Nagtataka man ay bigla na lamang sumenyas si Khail to attack him and the guys professionally got it and attacked him.
