I am bisexual.
Yes. I finally am accepting this part of myself.
I have been debating this part of myself for a while now, constantly jumping between straight and bisexual. So, as a way of coming out, I'm making this entry.
I came out to a few close friends a few days ago...and honestly their support didn't surprise me. They're really accepting people...and I'm so grateful of that.
It's still a bit strange, acknowledging myself as something other than straight. For so long I had denied that part of myself - now that I'm accepting it I still have to stop and think "I am part of this community. This is who I am. And it's perfectly 100% okay."
As someone put it in a video I saw not long ago, "I didn't choose to love women, I just do. That's all there is to it." And for me it applies to both men and women.
I know once I come out to everyone I might face problems. Haters, drama...who knows honestly. I just want to come out to you, the person reading this, because you obviously care if even in the slightest.
So there it is.
The closet door has opened.
And I, the Great New Kels, has come out.
I love ya'll! <3
