"Ladies and Gentlemen, girls, boys and kids, this is Kim JaeHwan once again and I hope I am not boring you all."

His broken lips didn't hurt to stretch and smile. His temple didn't throb when his eyes crinkled. It was all so easy. JaeHwan found all the faces looking at him were smiling. Laughing. Enjoying hearing what he had to say.

Perhaps,

Just maybe,

They were mirroring him.

JungWon wanted to slap MaRoo's back as a Congratulations for his win, but he was stuck. Because MaRoo was giving him the cold shoulder and he was too immersed in YooChan.

Stupid MaRoo.

"Ah… doesn't he look so handsome up there? I can't wait for RGH sports Fest," NaEun sighed dreamily, picking her long manicured nails. "That is the reason why I wanted to be the Head Girl…" NaEun sighed again, floating in her own dreamy headspace. "I bet I would look gorgeous while giving a speech."

"Who, JaeHwan? Handsome?" JungWon scoffed, looking sideways at NaEun. "Have you lost your mind?"

"Oh well," NaEun nodded, snapping from her dreamy sighs, "you know, JaeHwan never was very, how to say, visual? You know how you two were always together, and JaeHwan was totally eclipsed. But now when he's alone, he looks good."

"We aren't eye candies for you to ogle at," JungWon scoffed again.

"Whatever. He looks good now. He looks happier, somehow," NaEun waved when JaeHwan mentioned her in his speech, something on the lines of editing the long paragraphs and all.

People laughed, and when the cameras pointed at NaEun, the Head Girl blew kisses at them.

"Looks good at covers," NaEun winked when the cameras finally rolled away.

"That I wonder." JungWon slumped in his seat, glaring at JaeHwan, who was carelessly handling an audience of four hundred all alone. "Why does he look so happy when I am so miserable?"

"How do you do that?" Shin asked, his cheeks dusted pink and eyes lowered.

"Do what?" JaeHwan smiled, because that was all it seemed he could do.

"That…" Shin pointed to the empty stage, "how do you do that?"

JaeHwan hooked a finger under Shin's jaw and raised his face up, ever so slowly. "Why are you so pretty?" JaeHwan breathed in a whisper, meant only for Shin to hear.

"Eh?" Shin squeaked, a little too loud, as all the blood rushed to his face.

"You make my heart flutter."

The sports fest, which by far, was the most chaotically pleasing event, finally ended with RBH winning the first place in basketball tournament, second place in volleyball and several positions in individual events. It was over, and JaeHwan heaved a sigh of relief. But because JaeHwan was supremely late, for he had to oversee the entire felicitation, and Shin waited for him stupidly, the food ran out and they were both hungry.
