-Champion-

300 AC
Kings Landing

It had been a day since the trial ended. Valyria hid a skin of wine in her shirt. She made it to the dungeons without a hitch. Tyrion was slumped against a post.

"The crown has named the Mountain as their champion," Valyria said, as she lowered herself to the ground across from Tyrion. "Of course. There's no one alive that could kill him." "I wouldn't say that."

Tyrion looked up slightly confused "The entirety of Dorne hates him, along with anyone that hates your family or loved mine... I want to see Gregor Clegane's head on a spike." Valyria was angry when she thought about Elia and her children.

Tyrion nodded. "I'm quite surprised they didn't name me as their champion. But your father has forbidden it. And as much as I would love to kill that monster, I have also been barred from being your champion...I'm very close to being thrown in here with you for all the times I've defied him for you. I don't know whether or not the deal we made is still in place." She spoke, "What was your deal?" Tyrion asked.

"Jaime and I agreed to give up the Kingsguard if you would be spared." Tyrion nodded "Thank you, I know how much that meant to you both. Though I don't think your deal is still on the table." He pointed out "You're probably right. Oh, I almost forgot."

She pulled out the wineskin and handed it to Tyrion. He drank the whole thing in one go. Tyrion decided the wooden support beam was more interesting than Valyria as he pondered, letting the alcohol flood his body.

"Did you know about Shae?" He asked sadly. She shook her head. Silence engulfed them once more "I promise you. You'll make it out of this alive. Somehow, someway." "You shouldn't bother. My father and Cersei will see to it that my head's on a spike." Valyria sighed, nodding. "I have to go," Valyria said and stood up.
