A couple hours following when the team reached their hotel room, they boarded their private jet to go back home. Unlucky for them, their crazy day of the conference and the party and the accident ended with exactly n0 sleep for every one of them, and even more unluckily, they had to go straight to work once they reached back to Boston.

Upon reaching Boston, the four of them sleepily exited the plane, after sleeping the entire hour the way there. All of them silently piled in a car and went straight to Edenbrook, no time to rest in between.

The day dragged along, feeling longer than usual. Once it came time for the diagnostics team meeting, the team sat at the table, listening quietly as Ethan assigned the duties for the week, none of the usual playful banter. Once Ethan finished his talking, even he slumped against his chair, putting his hand over his face.

"I feel like I'm going to collapse." Tobias said, breaking the silence between them.

"Ditto." Mia said.

"We're doctors, aren't we supposed to be good with no sleep?" Baz asked.

"It's been far too long since I've operated on this little sleep." Ethan said.

"And you're old." Mia said, laying her head down against her wrapped arms on the table.

"You don't look too great yourself right now, you of all people need that sleep, you should've taken the day off." Ethan said.

"Too bad." Mia said, not looking up. They then heard the team door open and quickly jumped up in surprise, seeing Naveen walk in. They quickly hid the tired looks on their faces.

"Tell me why I was contacted by a hospital in Manhattan, telling me that a group of four doctors were nearly involved with an extremely large and dangerous accident, and helped on scene with the injuries." Naveen said. "And, please enlighten me on why those sleep deprived doctors decided to show up to work mere hours later."

"Oops." Mia said, nervously chuckling as she shrugged. Naveen walked over and handed over his hospital-issued phone to her.

"They want to talk to the four of you." Naveen said, showing Mia the number to FaceTime. "And for the love of God, take a break after. Your patients do not need the sleepy messes you are right now." Naveen said before walking out of the door, leaving the four of them dumbstruck.

They wanted to reach out to the hospital, but knowingly they wouldn't share anything with the team due to HIPAA laws. But here they were, and they wanted to talk to them. Mia walked over to the office couch, sitting down as the others followed closely behind. Calling the number that Naveen told them to call, the phone was picked up by none other than Greg, the firemen from the scene.

"I decided to stay here with the family until the father came, but once he did he asked that I stay a bit longer and wait until at least Kelli woke up." Greg said after they exchanged their hellos.

"How are they?" Mia asked.

"Sage has got a fractured leg, and a concussion. Kelli broke her pelvic bone, and had several lacerations that required surgery. And Mylo, just as you concluded on the scene, had no major injuries." Greg said.

"Wow..." Mia said quietly, as the four doctors were almost dumbstruck that they were okay.

"Kelli and Sage went through surgery. They're in the same room and Sage is awake right now but Kelli is due to be awake any moment. The father, Tom, wanted to be able to speak with the four of you with Kelli once she woke up." Greg said, walking towards Kelli and Sage's shared room, walking in and handing the phone to the father Tom, who held the phone in one hand and his little baby Mylo in the other. After showing Mylo to the four, he started giving his utmost gratitude to them.
