Jay just came back and he looked like he was about to cry, with the way he acted i knew what was up.so i stood up "halstead go to the locker room I'll be in there in a minute, nobody goes in or out including Erin until i say....understand?" They nodded, obviously if the twins wanted to come in they could. So i talked to him"jay, you're a great father. I know what you feel like and how you are thinking. I went through it with Eva and Diego, I'm here if you need to talk." After a while we went back to the bullpen.
*3 days later*
Jays pov
We all have the next 3 days off and the past 3 days have been decorating the girls bedroom and wrapping gifts.Their room was now all done and we were surprising them in the morning because then is their birthday.We had a plan and we just had to decorate for the party, Erin was going to take the twins out whilst i get everything ready for the party because i wanted to surprise her too. I was going to go pick two normal cakes up for a cake smash thing and then a proper cake to give out. I was making party bags for the kids coming. We had justin,olive and Daniel coming.Then the rest of the district, Antonio was bringing Eva and Diego. Kevin was bringing his siblings. All of 51 and med were coming too with their kids.We had lots of people coming, its a good job our house is big.We also invited the next door neighbour and her kids as well because they were helping us a lot recently and we all get along very well.I can't wait for my kids to turn 1, i never thought i would be in this spot in life.Have twins, be happily married. I never thought it was possible, i guess as usual life proved me wrong.
