Chapter 48
Jays POV:
It had been about 3 and a half hours and the twins had finally been born.Will came in and said "somebody wants to see their mommy and daddy".We both looked at the girls and picked up one each.We both cried, I never thought that I would become a father.I always thought my heart could only love Erin but now it was like a space instantly opened up for the girls.I instantly knew that they were my priority and that I needed to protect them with everything I had.I didn't ever want them to get hurt.It was now my job to take care of the most important girls in my life.After about 25 minutes me and Erin swapped.Me and Erin discussed names.We named one 'Sophia Camille Halstead' and then Erin said that the other was called'Luna jenniffer halstead".Will walked in and I instantly started to cry.He just rubbed my back.My mother was never here to meet the twins but they will always have a part of her in them.Especially Luna because she has my mums name as her middle name.
Erins POV:
I had already rested so I wasn't too tired,I knew jay was over the moon and that he wanted to protect them with everything he had.He was so happy when I said his mums name was now luna's middle name.They twins finally fell to sleep on jag while he was sat in the chair.I already thought they were going to be a daddy's girl.They hadn't opened their eyes yet.We said that the only person that could meet the girls before they came home was hank and will.We did this because we wanted the girls to have settled in a little bit.Then hank walked in and jay handed him Sophia."hey hank,you're holding Sophia Camille halstead."I said.he instantly grinned at the name Camille.He even started to cry,I had seen him cry but jay gave me the look'is hank bought actually crying right now?'
