Chapter 16:
Jays POV:
It was the next day and we just got ready,we were getting ready to go have breakfast with Emily."Erin promise me you will keep your cool."I said.she nodded.we got there and met Emily outside ."hey Emily"we both said.Erin nodded at me symbolising to leave for a minute so I said I was going to get a table.
Erins POV:
"Listen Emily I'm sorry about yesterday I don't know what happened can we just make up."I said."of course,listen Erin I know you were trying to stand up for jay.."Emily said as I cut her off"I just want to forget."I said.we went and sat down.we then ordered."listen Erin was only protecting me and she acted like that for a reason and I know why."Jay said.I got up and ran to the bathroom,so many things went through my head.
Emily's POV:
Erin was upset "I'll go talk to her"I said to jay.I walked into the bathroom."erin?it's ok,you only reacted but you realised."I said as I saw her against the wall crying."what's wrong?"I said."it's just Emily, I acted that way because I know what it's like for somebody to leave,it's not easy.I also let jay down"she said crying"no you haven't Erin"I said.after a while I calmed her down."listen where are you staying"Erin said."just a hotel for now."I said."well not anymore you are coming to stay at jays place with us.I'm staying there for now because of how he has been feeling due to PTSD and blaming himself.I'm always there."Erin said to me."thank you Erin for taking care of him."I said.we got up and went to eat our breakfast.
Erins POV:
"Hi jay,Emily is staying with us at your place,no choice it's happening."I said.he grinned and said"thank you so much Erin."we were all happy and we went back to the apartment."shall we all settle down and have a film day.we can just watch films here all day." I said.they both agreed and we settled down.me and jay were cuddling on one sofa and Emily was on the other.she occasionally looked over at us and grinned.
