Chapter 42
Erins POV:
It was the next morning and I tried to wake jay up so me and him could say bye to Emily and good luck.She has her final test for the police academy today.We planned to open her results on our gender reveal so it would be like a two-way reveal.So I shook Jay but he wasn't waking up.His meds had completely knocked him out.I went outside to help Emily get everything ready and I said I would drop her off at the academy."you ready?"I said."yes"she said happily."where's jay"she also said."his meds have completely knocked him out he was asleep in 1 minute last night.We have time to get something to eat before you have to go"I said."no it will be trouble for you"she said."listen jay isn't going to be waking up any time soon and you can't do an exam on an empty stomach."I said.So we went to get food and I got something for jay,for when I go back.I dropped Emily off and wished her good luck.I decided to stop by the district to see everybody.
Jays POV:
I looked at my phone and it was 12pm.I never sleep this late I thought to myself.oh no it was Emily's exam today and I didn't even say good luck I thought.Erin wasn't there so she must have dropped of Emily.I stood up and went into the living room to be greeted by an extremely happy erin at the door."morning sleepy"she said.I chuckled.She gave me food and while I was eating she ran into the bathroom to throw up.She was throwing up for a while.After about 3 minutes I made it to the bathroom to help her.I was still really sore."babe you should be resting not moving to help me"she said."are you crazy Erin I'm not leaving you alone when you are throwing up"I said.
*the next day*
Emily came back last night in an amazing mood.I'm so glad to see her happy again.I woke up a little earlier today but I was tired.I was barely sore now though.It was so much better because I listened to Erin when she told me to rest.I felt guilty because I couldn't get up to help Erin when she was throwing up.
