Chapter 32
Jays POV:
It was later in the day now and we were home,we arrested Madeline and the guys all wished me happy birthday and gave me presents.We said we would decorate the tree so Erin decided to video it but wouldn't tell me why.We just had one last bauble to put on and then the topper.Erin passed me a bauble and it was a new clay ornament that was a test.I looked at what it was and said"Is this true Er?"she turned around and said "yes we're going to become parents.".I started to cry and just hugged her.she ended the video and said "that will be our memory as we'll as the ornament." I looked at Emily and said"you knew?" She nodded and said"yep congratulations big bro you're going to be a dad."It felt weird because I never thought I'd hear those words."I'm 2 and a half months"erin said."we should tell Hank,I don't want you getting hurt babe."I said worried."but then I'll be stuck at the district"she complained."you can accompany Emily"I said."fine "she huffed.
Erins POV:
Hey Hank we got you a Christmas card.He opened it and his eyes lit up"oh my god are you telling me I'm going to be a grandad"I just looked up at him and nodded.He hugged me and laughed.He then hugged jay which surprised us because he only hugs people if he is really,really happy.Unless it is me or Justin."I bet you can't wait to have another mini you running around"he said to us both.we just laughed and we started to head home."Hank hugged me"jay said confused.I just laughed and said"so"he then looked at me and said"I never thought Hank would hug anybody unless it was you or Justin."we then got home after talking and told Emily how it went.Hank said I was on desk duty but he would tell everybody that I keep going dizzy and so the doctor wants me to rest.I was over the moon.
