Ohhh Noo!

I stood in the dry good store getting some shells and some other bits and bobs on the list from y/n,

"You got plans for tomorrow?" Leeapold asks as he wrapped things up

"Uhh no why? What's goin' on tomorrow?"

"Its Valentines day tomorrow whitey? I assumed you had some big plans for your Pretty wife?" He asked "Given its your first valentines married and all I assumed you two would have something planned"

".... its valentines day? Tomorrow?" I asked as he handed me everything and I payed

"Yes Whitey"

"Ohhh noo!" I yelped running out the store and down the streets of Labelle to Maggie's door "Maggie! Maggie! Maggie!" I yelled banging on the door

"what?" she asks opening the door
"It's valentines day tomorrow!"

"Yeah..." she shrugs letting me in her little house

"I asked ya to remind me!"

"I did remind you whitey, like three weeks ago"

".... Ohh" I said "Ya should have reminded me again!"

"You completely forgot didn't you?"

"Yes"
"You have noting for y/n do you?"

"nothing at all. and I have no ideas. and the stores are closed. and she'll kill me if I forget"

"What do you want help for then?"

"what do I do!"

"Go get or make her a present whitey, its not complicated"

"I don't know what to give her! I don't know what she wants, what she needs, I don't know! and I can't ask because then she'll know... Just. Help me Maggie"

"You're a bad husband whitey"

"I know I am. I just... I forgot where we've been so busy lately. and I don't want to half arse it because, she's the best wife I could ever ask for. I just, I don't know. I guess I'm not used to bein' a husband yet"

"Just do something nice for her, I don't know she's your wife you should know what she would like"

"Uhhhh.... not really no"

"Why don't you?"

"we've only be married three months, and half of that I've been at work because bills decided to go wondering fucking off again. I'm... I'm not used to being a husband yet"

"well figure something out else she's gonna kill you" she laughs before kicking me out of her house.

I woke up gently to this sweet morning expecting whitey to be cuddled up in bed with me but he wasn't here which I admit upset me a little I figured we would cuddle up this morning, have some kisses and some fun before he head to rush off to work again, but I suppose he's a busy boy being deputy and all. I got up and got my dress on sorting out my hair too, as I did I noticed a little note on my vanity with my name on I smiled picking it up unfolding the little bit of paper

'Good morning My darling, Happy Valentines day x I'm sure you look Immeasurably beautiful as always as soon as you're happy and awake, and you look all beautiful come to the office xx'

I giggled at the handwriting, I smiled and put the note down starting to do my make up and such, as soon as I got ready I went out into the little dirty streets of Labelle heading across the streets

"Morning Mrs Winn?" Kallie smiled to me as she stood on her porch and I blushed hard still not used to hearing it

"Morning Kallie" I smiled

"You had a nice morning?"

"Uhh so far yeah, I don't know where whitey is, He left me a note. I think I'm going on a treasure hunt"

"Ohhh valentines Treasure Hunt"

"Yeah, I'm off to the office now" I smiled

"Have fun" she waved

I smiled and headed over to the office expecting to see whitey but the office was empty there was a note on the desk with my name written on it and a beautiful bunch of daises I smiled taking it and opening it up

'Hello My darling, I hope you had a lovely little walk over. You're next surprise will be at the Stables'

I smiled sniffling the beautiful daises picking them up to take them with me as I headed outside and into Labelle again heading off down the streets and down towards the stable where all the horses sat I looked around a while until I found my little horse sugarplum and beside her stable bed was another note and a paper bag full of little candies I giggled picking up the note

'Hello my darling x, I know there you're favourite so please enjoy them x and when you can take sugarplum and come down to the river for the last surprise"

I put the candy in my pocket and got my things sorted out giving sugarplum a kick and heading out of la Belle down though the dust New Mexico planes down towards the river where me and whitey spend much of our time, we went for dates there often, we first made love there and he proposed there. I hurried along already very excited every so often having a bit a candy until I headed over to the river to our usual spot. I tied up sugarplum to her usual tree close enough she could still drink and I headed over to our spot where a blanket was set up with a little picnic

"Hi darlin'" he smiled as he was just getting it all sorted

"Hi whitey" I smiled giving him a hug

"Did you like your little adventure?"

"I did, you came up with that in like ten minuets didn't you?"

"yes I did, I'm sorry darlin' I just... I didn't know what to do for ya it's hard to think of what to do for the most amazing woman in the world" He says kissing my head "So I thought a little hunt and a picnic would be nice"

"Very nice" I smiled giving his lips a sweet kiss "would you like your present?"

"Well I would if its okay"

"It's a very special present this year" I smiled moving his hand to my stomach he looked a little confused before it clicked

"You- Your" He stuttered excitedly and I nodded "Ummm I love you so much!" He smiled lifting me up and cuddling me tightly

"Awww I love you too whitey" I smiled giving his lips a sweet kiss
