"Scorpio, what's the answer?" Mr. Kabo, my Japanese Studies teacher picked on me, because I wasn't paying attention much. Actually more accurately, I was using my phone. I never understood why we needed Japanese Studies. It was like History with a touch of politics. Aries was staring at me with a shit-eating grin, I grit my teeth at this but paid no mind otherwise.
There were only 12 people in all my classes, and Mr. Kabo was our teacher for each class.
The seating arrangement chart was like this:
Mr. Kabo
Aries Taurus Gemini Cancer
Leo Libra Virgo Scorpio
Sagittarius Capricorn Aquarius Pisces
My eyes darted over to the door. "Scorpio, you can't escape class when you're put on the spot and you don't like it." I forgot to mention that Mr. Kabo was allowed to use his quirk. Mr. Kabo could read into people's body language, and know what they're going to do.
The 12 of us were considered "Special Ed" kids, but none of us were crazy, except maybe Gemini. But we were the Zodiac signs, so we needed a teacher who could handle this.
I looked at the blackboard and saw the warm-up question. I quickly answered and hoped what I said was right. Mr. Kabo smiled warmly. "Correct." I smiled. I wasn't even paying attention and I got it right! Take that Aries!
I looked out the window of our door and saw another class right across, all of them going crazy, using their quirks. I sighed and wished Mr. Kabo would let us do something like that.
After school, I realized that I forgot one of my textbooks in class. "You guys go on ahead of me I forgot one of my textbooks." We were still in the school building, so I just ran back up.
I think I stepped into the wrong classroom because I saw a few people in the classroom. Instead of going into our normal classroom though I stayed and watched what was going to happen.
There was an ash-blonde with explosion-like hair putting his palm on a green-haired boy's shoulder. The green-haired boy had the hair of broccoli and the part of his shoulder that had the boy's palm on it was smoking.
I decided to step in. Analyzing both of the boy's I could see their Zodiac signs. The ash-blonde was an Aries, which explained why he looked so angry, and the broccoli was a Cancer which explained why tears were starting to leak out of his eyes. "What the fuck are you doing?" I question, the three other teens that were there turned and saw me, and quickly dashed out of the room.
"Who the fuck are you? Another quirkless wannabe standing up for this Deku?" The ash-blonde says with a confused and angry expression.
"Would they have run away if I was a quirkless wannabe?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Those things would run away if they saw an angry kitten." The ash-blonde growls. The real reason they ran away is probably that I'm Scorpio, everyone finds most of us weird, and a bit scary, so they try to steer clear of us.
I whip out my phone and text Aries to come up here. "Any way you didn't answer my question, and I asked first." I put a hand on my hip and didn't care if I sounded like an annoying 5-year-old.
