(No one's POV)

Nico and Percy held on to each other. Grover help on to Annabeth. All three demigods cried. Grover had a stare at the wall.

Grover didn't know how to feel. He didn't particularly like the god, but he didn't want to see her gone.

The three demigods didn't know how to deal with the news of the the Hellhound. No one wanted her to suffer but once she passes no one knew if she would be the same when she reformed.

Percy sat up and wrapped his arms around himself. Percy didn't want to to be the one to say something, but he thought it needed to be said and done. No matter what the cost. "I-I think no ma-matter how ha-hard this is w-we need t-to let her go."

"No," Annabeth screamed. "We can't just let her go!"

Nico's voice was low. You could barely hear it. "I think he's right. As much as I hate to see her go but we need to let her go. She's in pain."

Grover nodded his head in agreement. "No," Annabeth yelled again. "She's not going out like that! We can help her!"

Nico got a little irritated. Why was she acting as if it was her dog? It was really Percy's but Nico loved it as his own. Nico wiped his tears. "We need to let her go."

Annabeth stood up. "No! She's not going to be the same!'

Percy started to get mad. "As much as I hate to say this Annabeth, but she isn't your dog. It shout be Nico and I's choice and if we decide to let her go then it should be that way."

"She may not be my animal but gods damn it. I took care of her while you both was gone!" Annabeth started getting mad. She took care of the animal during the school year while Percy was away and no one knew where Nico was.

Grover sat on the bed. He wanted to interrupt but he didn't know what he would say. It wasn't his animal, but he didn't want it to be hurting. He also didn't have a say in it. Finally, Grover stood up and started heading to get Chiron. Chiron would know what to do. He didn't like seeing his best friends arguing but what they was arguing about was a big choose. It wasn't a choice you should make in a matter of a half an hour.

After Grover left Percy's cabin, Percy spoke up. "We know and we thank you for that, but come on Annabeth. We just want what's best for her and if we do what you are saying its not the best for her. We know you love her. You may or may not love her as much as we do but you need to learn that you are not always right. What you are saying isn't right and its not for the best of Mrs. O'Leary."

Nico decided to jump in and add, "plus you wasn't the only one who took care of her while we was gone."

Percy gave Nico his, "not helping" look. Neither one said anything.

"I'm not saying I'm not the only one who took care of her, but I did take care of her. Beckendork also took care of her. Besides him, I was the only one who took care of her! No one in camp fucking liked her or if they did they was to fucking scared of her to go near her!" Annabeth stood up in the heat of her anger.
