The fight didn't go for that long as the lightsoldiers killed any Shadow in front of them. "Bring your king with you next time!" shouted Brian as he slashed through the last Shadow. I found some of the injured Lightstringers and healed with my glowing hands. I walked up to Brian to heal his wounds, but he held my arm. "Don't! Your nose is bleeding," he said. "My- my nose?" I asked as I touched my nose. I felt a warm liquid with a metallic smell on my fingers. "I'm bleeding?" I scoffed. I wiped my nose using my shirt then went on to heal Brian's wounds. "Alice! You're exhausted. Your body wants some rest!" he demanded. "I'll get rest when I'm sure you're okay!" I said as I started to heal his wounds. I put my hand on his blood wound and let the power flow through my hand onto his wound. The wound start to close slowly. "There!" I sighed. "Come on! Let me walk you to your room," he offered. We walked to my room in total silence.
"Hey? Why don't we ask Linda and Jade to come and maybe we can solve the riddle together?" I said as I laid on my bed. "You sure?" he asked, unsure. "Yeah I'm sure!" I said as I waved him off. He exited my room and stated to search for his sister and pixie. I stared at the ceiling, waiting for them to come. I don't know how much time had passed, but I eventually hear some knocking. I went to open the door for them and let them in. "How are you feeling?" asked Jade. "Better," I smiled. "Brian told us that your grandma told you a riddle?" said Linda. "Yeah," I sighed. They sat down on the cushions and I took a deep breath to prepare myself. "Where the sun and the moon meet is where you'll beat. And find the shelter that covers all from short and tall. Then you can ask for advice to play the dice." "Oh wow! Um- that's interesting," said Jade. "Yeah," I sighed. "Where the sun and the moon meet is where you'll beat. What did she mean by that?" I asked as I paced around.
"There's a place, of course far from here, but! At time of the day, you can see the moon and the sun in the sky," said Brian. "Really?!" I exclaimed. "Yeah! It's near the mountains," added Jade. "What are we waiting for?! Let's go!" I urged. "The problem is-," sighed Brian. "Is what?!" I asked. "It doesn't happen every day. It happens every 22 days," sighed Jade. "When was the last time you went to that place?" "It was the 7th of October?" answered Brian. "Did you see the moon and the sun?" He zoned out for a bit then said, "I think so? I just went there to relive memories," he said. "Memories? I'll talk with you about that topic later. Let's just focus on the matter. What's today's date?" "It's 19th of November," answered Linda. "Okay! So 22 days, is...? Friday the 20th! That means! Tomorrow! Tomorrow is the day the sun and the moon will meet!" I jumped. "But what does beat mean?" asked Linda. "That I don't know!" I sighed. "And find the shelter that covers all from short and tall. Then you can ask for advice to play the dice. I think that when you see the sun and the moon, their shelter will visible and you can ask them for guidance?" said Jade. "Actually, that does make sense," I said.
"Hey? Could you do your dagger? You know? The one that you did all by yourself?" asked Jade. "You mean this?" I asked as the dagger appeared in my hand. "How- how do you get it to appear in your hand like that?" she asked. "I don't know? It just happens?" I shrugged as I smiled awkwardly. "Okay never mind that question. How did you make the dagger? You didn't have any reference to do it?" she asked. "I really don't know Jade. I just happen to imagine a strong dagger in my mind and voila! It was in my hands!" I exclaimed. "And the lightsoldiers?" asked Linda. "I don't know how I did that too! Didn't you guys told me you read about pulight before? Then you should know the answer to these questions!" "Cut her some slack guys! She's confused. And she's right, we read about pulight more than she. We should know the answer to these question," defended Brian. "What?! We're just curious! Besides, in the books, nothing that happened with Alice was mentioned. I do recall that there were too little info about pulights!" fumed Linda. He glared at her and she quieted down.
"Look! I don't know how I summoned the lightsoldiers. I also don't know how I did the dagger. Wait-." I said. "What? What? What is it?!" urged Jade. "Hey Brian? Do you remember the Hajorical weapons book?" I asked. "Yeah?" "May I see it?" "It's in the library," he said as I ran to it. I opened the door and started to search for the book. I found several books talking about Hajorical weapons, but what interested me more was an old rusty book about all the creatures. I found it at the end of the library, thrown at the end of the shelves. I sat and started to skim through the pages. "Pixies, no! Vampires, no! Werewolves, no! Lights, no! Getures, no! The Gists, I don't know what that is but no! Yolimers, save for later," I said as I bent the edge of the paper. "Pulight? Pulight! AHA! Found it! Pulight, rank? Highest rank. Powers? Summoning weapons, animals, soldiers, unmaterialistic objects, super speed, healing for selves and others, memorizing each and every detail on one's weapon and lastly, creating new weapons. Death? As they're mortals, they can die easily. Side note, if a pulight was to be found in this life, do not let them interact will a Light. As a pulight is much higher than a Light. They have the will to take a Light's life."
I chuckled dryly, "Where have youbeen all this time?" I closed that book and started to read the weapons books. They were about five books. Each book had at least five pages without the photoof the weapon. I finished reading three when someone tapped my shoulder, disturbing me. "Yes?" I asked as I looked at the person. It was Brian. "Whatare you doing here?" I asked. "Well, you took off pretty quickly, so I came tosee how you're doing?" he smiled. "I'm okay! Here! Read that book. It mighthelp us," I said as I gave him the old book. "Where did you find that?" "At theend of the library," I said as I looked back to the book. He opened the bookand started reading. We sat there for what seemed mere minutes, while it turnedout to be four hours. "Look here! It says that yolimers are careful creatures, they have difficulties with trust. That means we should be careful when we meetthem tomorrow?" asked Brian.
