Sick

"Is this your room?" Tanong ko.

His room is designed with a touch of contemporary. the wall is made of glass and a Natural rustic wood floors to ceiling windows. The low slung platform bed matched the headboard with extruded panels. There's a wall mounted bedside shelves near the pendant light lamp that is hanging over the bedsite unit.

Kitang kita ko ang malakas na ulan sa wall glass ng kwarto niya. paano ako makaka uwi nito?

Isang malakas na kulog na sinundan ng kidlat ang nakapag patili sakin. Dumagundong ang puso ko sa kaba. I'm afraid that the Lightning will come to me and kill me!

"Are you okay?" He asked and I nodded.

"This is my room," sagot niya sa tanong ko kanina at dumiretso sa isang pintuan. binuksan niya 'yon at nilingon ako.

"You should take a shower first."

"I don't have.." Napanguso ako. I caught him roamed my body before his gaze met mine.

"It's okay, I have spares clothes. kukunin ko lang sa guest room."

Tumango ako at dumiretso sa bathroom. Even his bathroom looks classy. it has a touch of modern yet minimalist design. Mas maganda pa nga ang bathroom niya kaysa sa condo ko!

it took me almost 20 minutes inside the bathroom. Hindi ko kasi maiwasan sipatin ang mga ginagamit niya roon. I even use his shower gel.

I giggled when I realize that I smells like Lucien.

I fix my robe and went outside, naabutan ko si Lucien na naka upo sa kama. He stood up when our gaze met. I feel like my knees are weak and trembling, anytime ay babagsak ako.

"I don't know if it fits you, kung hindi ay may tshirt ako riyan." sambit niya.

My forehead creased when I saw a pink ruffle peplum top and ripped denim short shorts. May naka sealed na underware and bra rin doon. saan niya nakuha 'yan? He's living alone! paano siya may ganiyan?

"Kanino 'yan? don't tell me sa ex mo 'yan?" I concluded.

Nagulat siya sa tanong ko at defensive na umiling.

"sa pinsan ko 'yan, hindi pa nagagamit. she left some of her clothes because she usually spend her summer here."

I throw him some death glare. Hindi ako nakuntento sa sagot niya. I saw his adam's apple move after a violent swallow.

Wala pa akong sinasabi ay may pahabol pa siya.

"If you want we can call her.. I don't let some girls spend their nights here." sambit niya.

Tinignan ko siya ng ilang segundo before I pick the clothes. Tumikhim ako.

"Siguraduhin mong hindi sa babae mo 'to, I rather go home naked than use this." pananakot ko.

Dumiretso ako sa bathroom at tinignan ang damit, hindi pa nga nagagamit dahil may tags pa. I wore it, medyo maluwag pa pero okay lang.

Pinasadahan ako ng tingin ni Lucien, dumiretso ako sa sofa malapit sa glass door. Kagaya ng kanina ay tuloy parin ang malakas na ulan. 

"May bagyo ngayon, unfortunately nag landfall ito sa northern samar..isa o dalawang araw ang bagyo dito."

Tinignan ko siya at nginisian. "Paano mo nalaman na dalawang araw siya rito? nagsabi sa'yo?"

Napanguso siya, akala ko ay maiinis siya pero nagulat ako ng bahagya siyang tumawa!

Natawa siya ron? ang corny kaya!
