YOUR P.O.V
It has been almost a week since Keigo had left. I thought, since he left, everything would calm down with Katsuki, and I would return to my Tomboy-ish, Bratty self. Rather than that 'head-over-heels-in-love' girl. In fact, everything returned back to normal with Katsuki. Our relationship wasn't tainted by the fight that happened while Keigo was here. Unfortunately for me, I was thinking about him on the daily. Something that was new to me. I didn't think I would miss him this much. And it annoyed me that I did. And it also bothered me. Was he thinking the same?
"Oh, Hunny!" I heard mom call. "You have a letter from Prince Keigo!"
I was sitting at the table with Momo, discussing the details needed for my twentieth birthday ball. Which, was going to be the same as every other ball, except for the fact that there was a possibility that father would announce an 'engagement'.
Momo laughed as I practically fell out of my chair, and rushed over to mom. I snatched the letter away from her. It was sealed in a perfectly white envelope, with a pink wax seal with a 'T'. I couldn't help but smile. I felt a pair of eyes on me, and I looked over at mom, somewhat annoyed and disturbed. I held the letter close to my chest, and ran upstairs to my room. I could hear mother's loud laugh echoing through the palace.
Once I got to my room, I sat down on my bed, and removed the wax seal. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach, and in my heart. Everything felt like it was floating, or flying.
                              To my beautiful baby bird:
I miss you. More than I'd like to admit.
I crave you. More than I would want you to know.
But most importantly, I love you. More than you love me, and that's a fact, haha.
He... Craves... Me...? I started to think back to the time that we shared in my bedroom. I still wonder, what would have happened if I wasn't so sleepy.
It has most likely been a week since we last saw each other, if I'm timing this letter right. And I can't get you off my mind.
I guess that answers my question. The happiness that I feel right now is immense.
That is why, I have arranged for you to stay with me for a week, at my castle.
                              What. Is. This.
I know you. You probably aren't too fond of this idea, but just think: you and me, together, and nothing can ruin it. You can have your own room, or we can share one if you'd like. We can share everything while you are here: food, clothes, the shower, the bed... Everything is up to you, baby bird. Because I love you.
And if that's something that you don't want to do, thats fine. But if you are interested, I'd be more than happy to comply.
Why do I feel like this? Why am I looking forward to seeing him? This is crazy, this isn't me. Wake me up, wake me up!
You will leave in the next day or so. And there is no need to bring your servants.
I hate it when he calls them that.
I have plenty of servants that will wait on you hand and foot, that will grant your every desire. Well, I hope that I could grant some too, if you know what I mean, baby bird, haha.
All jokes aside, I can't wait to see you again. I've really missed you. And there is no need for you to write back to this letter, since I'll be seeing you in a few days anyway.
I love you, baby bird. And I can't wait to have you. Take that how you wish, haha.
I love you, so very much,
Your One and Only,
-Keigo
I... Cannot with him. He makes me mentally tired, but I do really love him, and he drives ne crazy.
I folded the letter back up carefully, and out it back in its envelope. I tucked it underneath my matress, and went back downstairs, where mom was waiting for me.
"Keigo has invited you, yes?" She tilted her head. I nodded, as I walked passed her, and went to join Momo back at the table.
"What did he say?" She asked, not looking up from her paperwork.
"Just that he misses me. And loves me."
I've never been that secretive with Momo, or any of my friends. Heck, they don't even know about what happened in my room.
"Y/N?" Momo asked. I snapped out of my thoughts, and looked up at her. "Whats on your mind?"
"Oh nothing." I lied, but I felt guilty for not telling her. And for being invited by him, but him not inviting them.
"I know you were invited, Y/N." She said, not looking up from her paperwork.
                              "What? How?" I asked.
"This was planned before he left." She sighed. "He would come here, and then you would go there. And then he would come here again, and stay until after the party."
"So..." I trailed off. "He would be staying here for about a month?"
"Yes, that's correct." She nodded her head, but still not looking up.
There was silence for a good two minutes, as I watched her fill out paperwork.
"I suggest that you start packing." She simply stated.
"Are you mad?" I blurted out. I immediately cover my mouth with my hand.
Momo finally looked up, her eyes filled with concern. "And why would you think that?"
"Well, you haven't looked up at me at all in the conversation, and I figured you would be mad at me because-"
"I am not mad at you. This was something that has been planned. In fact, I am so happy for you. It brings me joy to see someone that you truly care for bring so much happiness to you, even if you have only known them for less than a month."
"Then, why did you sound so irritated, telling me to pack?" I asked.
"I'm very focused on this paperwork. I'm sorry if it came off that way. That wasn't my intention."
                              "I'm sorry." I sighed.
"You seem on edge, are you okay?"
"I'm fine Momo." I smiled. But in fact, it bothered me. Why didn't he want me to bring my friends?
"Alright then. You should start packing then. You leave tomorrow morning, you know." She smiled.
"And when was I going to be told about this?" I asked.
"Today." She laughed. I laughed along with her. I'm so happy to have someone like Momo support me in a time like this. Where everything is so confusing and new.
