Chapter 13: Blanket

YOUR P.O.V

I woke up with strong arms wrapped around my body; I could feel their hands on my bare stomach. I sat up, and looked over to my side, and saw Keigo, sound asleep. His hair was messy, eyeliner smudged, and red feathers everywhere.

I tried to swing my legs over thw bed to get up, but those strong arms pulled me back. And as he did, he inhaled the scent of my hair.

"Mhmm." He hummed into my hair. "You smell so good."

"K-Keigo." I tried to wiggled out of his hold, but only held me tighter.

"Stop." He demanded. "I want to stay like this."

"But we have to get dressed. I don't know what you have planned for us today."

"Nothing important." He groaned. "Just stay."

"We have to get dressed and ready."

"You look better undressed." My face was instantly red. And even though Keigo's eyes were closed, he chuckled, knowing he got a reaction from me. "You skin is getting hotter, Y/N. Have I embarrassed you, love bird?"

"No." I said in a firm voice, collecting myself. "I take it as a compliment."

"Oh?" He said, rolling over to face me, resting his head in his hand, and his other arm still over me. "So the things I said last night were compliments too?"

"Y-Yes." I stuttered, thinking back to what happened. All those things said that were completely embarrassing...

"Can I compliment you more often, then?" He whispered in my ear, before licking it. I flinched, and it caused me to fall off the bed.

I hit the ground with a thud, and I took the blanket with me to cover myself up. I completely forgot that the only thing I was wearing was my F/C bra, that Keigo was so 'nice' to let me keep on.

"Are you alright?" He asked, looking over the side of the bed.

"I'm fine, thanks." I smiled, as I stood up holding the blanket to my chest. After I had gotten my balance, I wrapped the blanket around me like a towel.

"Why are you covered up?" Keigo pouted like a child.

"Because." I stated, as I picked up my dress and other garments thrown across the room.

"Thats not a reason, baby bird. And if you ask me, there's no point in covering up. You'll just end up like that again tonight~"

"T-T-Tonight?!" I freaked, almost dropping the blanket.

"Not unless you want to." He chuckled. "But I think you want to. The words out of your mouth may say something different, but your body says another."

"Knock it off." I warned.

"What? Am I exposing you in a different way than I did last night?"

"Stop!" I whined. He laughed, as he rose from the bed and walked over to me, placing a kiss on my head.

"I'm only teasing, love bird. I love seeing you all flustered."

I rested my head on his chest as he brought me into a hug. "So mean." I said, as he chuckled, making his chest vibrate.

"Oh hush, baby bird. I know you love it."

I pulled away from the hug, and looked around the room. "Hey, wheres my luggage?" I asked.

"In your room." He said plainly.

"S-So you mean to tell me, in order for me to get into new clothes, I have to walk out like this?!"

"I could get you your clothes if you'd like."

"And have you go looking through my items? I think not." I huffed

"Well, would you rather to go like that, and risk all the castle members seeing you like this?" I looked down at my feet, and Keigo kissed my head again. "I'll go get them."

"Okay... Thank you, Keigo."

"Of course, my love bird."

Keigo's P.O.V

Walking down the hall to where Y/N was supposed to sleep last night, I started to think of the possible marriage, and what was supposed to happen.

If we were to get married, that would get my kingdom out of the hell hole it is in right now. Y/N and I would share the power, status, land and wealth that her family has now. And, maybe, just maybe, that would get us out of the turmoil we are in now. Therefore, it would be beneficial for me.

Getting to the door, there was no need to knock, so I opened it. Laying on the bed was her bag, so I opened it to get her fresh clothes. I picked out a F/C dress, and I knew that she wouldn't want me to go through her other private clothing items, but I thought she would appreciate it if I brought her new ones. So, I picked out a matching set of a F/C bra and bikini cut underwear.

When I grabbed her clothes and was ready to leave, a necklace fell out of her bag, and caught my attention. I picked it up, and noticed that my feather was attached to it. I smiled, as I put it with the clothes I was going to bring to her.

I've never thought of attaching one if my feathers to a chain before, but I liked the idea of it.

I walked back to my room, and knocked on the door. "Oh Y/N baby! Can I come in?"

"Shush!" I heard her yell through the door, as she quickly opened it, pulled me in, and slammed the door shut. "Gimme my clothes!"

"No."

"W-What?!"

"You are being demanding. And selfish. So you don't get your clothes."

"Keigo this isn't funny!" She whined, as she reached for her clothes, but I pulled them away.

"I'll give them to you under one condition." I smirked.

"That is?" A worried look rose to her face.

"You give me a kiss!" I beamed. She sighed, as she cupped my face, and kissed me deeply, causing the blanket around her to drop.

She pulled away from the kiss and squealed, and squatted down to the floor to cover herself up. I chuckled, as I kneeled down to her height, and grabbed her chin to have her E/C eyes looking at me.

"You are beautiful, stop hiding from me." I kissed her forehead as handed her her clothes. "Go get changed, I'm taking you to the village today."

She got up quickly, and rushed to the bathroom. I took the opportunity to get changed as well. Only a couple of minutes later, she came out wearing the dress that I picked, her hair brushed, and light make-up, to bring out her natural beauty. And, to top it all off, she was wearing my feather.

I made the feather float up, and tickle her nose, and she giggled. "How do you do that?" She asked.

"Not sure." I shrugged. "Just kind of happens."

I walked up to her, and held a piece of her H/C hair in my hand. "What?" She asked softly.

"I never want you to take that necklace off. Do you understand?"

"Yes."

"Good. Never take it off. Wear it to bed, in the shower, wear it everywhere."

"I will."
