Once Upon a Time {Keigo x Reader}

25: Genuine Smile

You woke up the next morning feeling groggy. Your eyes felt heavy and you couldn't register where you were. Obviously you were in your room, but you were so exhausted that your mind just wouldnt tell you.

This was new for you, usually you would wake up and jump right out of bed, but obviously not today. Maybe it was because you were dreading this day.

Today was the day to go to the Tailor Shop, the one that Katsuki's parents, Mitsuki and Masaru owned. And on top of that, Katsuki would be going with you. That wasnt the problem though.

The problem would be Keigo. Keigo showing up while getting fitted. With Katsuki and his parents in the room.

One: Katsuki doesnt like Keigo.

Two: Keigo doesn't like Katsuki.

Three: You would be wearing and underdress (considered to be underwear) in front of Katsuki and Keigo. In the same room.

This was not going to be fun.

You got up and tried to wake yourself up, slowly getting ready. You decided to wear a short, flowy F/C dress, and wear your hair down. You couldnt be bothered to do anything with it.

You walked down stairs, and Katsuki was already ready, waiting for you.

"Its about damn time." He huffed, crossing his arms.

You yawned as you made it down that stairs, and playfully hit him. "Hush. I'm tired."

"Are you okay? You usually arent tired." He asked, his face softening. You nodded, leaning into him. Katsuki was caught off guard, but grabbed your shoulders and held you.

"Oh Ladybug!~" You heard your father's voice and your mother's heels clicking against the floor. You slowly straightened yourself up, looking at your parents. Katsuki still held your shoulders, and you could see your mother's face filled with... Disgust.

"Honey." Your mother cleared her throat. "We sent some notes about your dress to the Bakugous'. We expect them to be taken into account."

"If I dont like it, I wont wear it." You sighed. "And you must be crazy if you think you will be controlling my wedding dress too."

Your mom rolled her eyes, and looked at Katsuki with a smile. "Please make sure they follow the notes."

Katsuki stayed quiet for a moment. "I will do my best."

Mother smiled and nodded, and then stared you down. "Be good." She warned. You rolled your eyes and leaned into Katsuki again. Of course, she didnt like that and look over at your father, but he either didnt notice or didnt seem to mind.

"Have fun, Ladybug!" He smiled brightly, walking up to you.

"I'll try." You sighed.

"And remember- Its your party, so your dress." He whispered, winking. You smiled, and it was the first smile of the day. And probably the only genuine one of today.

"Y/N, the carriage is ready. We should go." Katsuki placed his hand on your shoulder, and pulled you back a bit. Your smiled faded and nodded, leaving your parents standing in the throne room.

As you both go into the carriage, you decided to rest your head on his shoulder.

"Are you feeling alright?" Katsuki asked, putting an arm around you and pulling you closer.

"I dont feel good." You said quietly, nuzzling into his neck. He blushed, but also realized this wasnt the time.

"Its probably nerves." He sighed, turning his head to look out of the window.
