Kirishima and Bakugou quietly walked down the hallway to see Keigo talking with Tokoyami. They couldn't hear what they were saying but it didn't seem too important anyways. "You good on the plan?" Kirishima asked Bakugou.

"Huh? Oh, yeah." He quickly said, and started to get out from behind the corner they were hiding in.

"Oh no no no." Kirishima scolded him, and grabbed him by the wrist to pull him back. "We are going to be civil."

"But that isn't fun."

"This isn't supposed to be fun." Kirishima sighed, and started to walk towards Keigo with Bakugou trailing behind him. As they started walking towards him, Tokoyami ended up walking away from Keigo.

"Prince Keigo!" Kirishima called, waving to him. Keigo looked up and smiled at him, but his smile faded when he saw Bakugou trailing closely behind him.

"Hey you two. What's up?" Keigo asked, trying to sound as nice as possible.

"Oh nothing, just wanted to say congratulations on you and Y/n being official."

"Princess Y/n." Keigo corrected. Keigo hated it when your servants didn't address you by your correct title. Once the two of you were married, he would try his best to change that. You had the princess title, and you deserved to be addressed as so.

"Yes, my apologies, Princess Y/n." Kirishima rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Either way, congratulations."

"Thank you." Keigo smiled a bit, and looked at Bakugou. "I assumed you're not going to congratulate us?"

"Pfft, why would I?" Bakugou snapped at him. Kirishima hit his chest and gave him a dirty look.

"Bakugou be nice." He warned.

"No no it's alright." Keigo couldnt help but chuckle some. "I wouldn't blame him for being jealous. She is a beautiful girl."

"Too bad you just want to use her." Bakugou mumbled, but Keigo heard him.

"Excuse me?"

"Dammit Bakugou!" Kirishima yelled at him, hitting his chest. "He's joking, you know how he is." Kirishima tried to save the situation, but Keigo was already starting to get heated.

"What are you imposing? I don't think I like your tone."

"And I don't like how you are only using Y/n for her power." Bakugou snapped at him. All of the color from Keigo's face drained, and looked like he was sweating. Kirishima couldn't believe it.

"Wait... your face. It is true!" Kirishima exclaimed, but Keigo shook his head frantically.

"No no no! Not at all!" He promised. "That's not why I'm marrying her."

"But it's just icing on the cake right?" Bakugou said, attitude laced in his voice.

"Yes- wha- no! No no! Her power has nothing to do with why I love her or why I'm going to marry her!"

"Then why did the color drain from your face? Huh?" Kirishima crossed his arms.

"Because... I can't believe you would accuse me of such a thing. I know you guys don't like me but I didn't think you would jeopardize Y/n's happiness and marriage to me just to get me out."

"Don't turn this on us!" Bakugou pointed a finger in his face. "You're the one who wants to use her power just to benefit the war youre in!"

Keigo stood there completely blank. "I can't believe you would say something like that." He gritted his teeth. "Are you fucking kidding?! I'll have you-"

Suddenly he was cut off by Touya, covering a hand over his friends mouth. "I'm sorry about that." Touya faked a smile. "He gets a bit hotheaded when accused of things that aren't true."

"Uh huh... but he seemed as if they were true." Kirishima told him.

"But they aren't. Y/n's parents are the ones that proposed her to Keigo. Yes, the kingdom is in a war, but the marriage has nothing to do with that. You're forgetting, the king is going to remove his crown and needed his daughter to marry as soon as possible."

"Wait what!?" Both Kirishima and Bakugou shouted in unison.

"Oh- I wasn't supposed to say anything." Touya slowly removed his hand and acted like he was embarrassed. "My apologies, please pretend you didn't hear that."

"No no, say that again." Kirishima demanded.

"Fine.. but you didn't hear it from me. The king is stepping down, meaning the queen will also lose her title, meaning whoever is next in line gets the crown. That would be Princess Y/n. But, since she isn't married there would be a problem in status, since there always has to be a king. Therefore, the king is pushing the marriage for the greater good for his kingdom, soon to be Y/n's. Does that make sense?" Touya explained quickly. Kirishima and Bakugou were dumbfounded. "And since the two kingdoms would be united, it would also stop the war. But overall, this is the king's doing. Stopping the war is just a nice little bonus, you know? So if you think about it, it's all because of the selfish needs of your king."

"Don't you dare call the king selfish!" Bakugou tried to lunge Touya, but Kirishima held him back. Touya didn't even flinch.

"My apologies. I didn't mean that. I just meant that maybe he's giving up his kingdom for a reason.. maybe because he's getting weak."

"Weak? Why would you assume that?" Kirishima asked. At this point, Bakugou had also calmed down and was interested in what he had to say next.

"Have you seen him? His hair is getting all grey and he looks frail, no?" Touya tilted his head. In his mind he was smirking, but he couldn't show it on the outside. "To me, it appears as if he's sick."

"Sick? He's sick?" Kirishima looked at Bakugou, but he just shrugged.

"I've told you both too much. Please, keep this hidden from Y/n, I want her father to tell her all this."

"Right.. I get it. My apologies." Kirishima bowed his head, and hurried away with Bakugou. But this whole thing did not sit right with him.

Once they were out of ear shot, Touya punched Keigo's arm. "Are you insane!?"

"What about you, huh!? Obviously you were talking to loud!" Keigo yelled at him.

"But you didn't have to act like it was true!" Touya growled, and placed his face in his hands. "We almost got caught!"

"Tch.. and what about that lie, huh? That pretty bold of you to make up something like that. The king is sick. Now they're really going to look into it."

"Well... then we just have to make the king sick."

"What?"

"You heard me. They can't figure out we are lying."

"We? No, this isn't a we thing anymore. This is a you thing."

"Fine, then I have to make the king sick."

"Touya if you do this, I'll never forgive you."

"Then I'll guess you won't forgive me." And with that, Touya walked away.
