YOUR P.O.V
Keigo and I walked hand in hand to the coach waiting outside the palace. Dabi, Todoroki, and Tokoyami were also accompanying us, which made me think of the first time I took Keigo to my village.
As we rode in the coach, the ride was bumpy and silent. "Did you sleep well?" Tokoyami asked, breaking the silence.
"I did, thank you." I smiled.
"Nothing disturbed you?" Todoroki questioned. My face flushed slightly, but shook my head.
"No. Why? Did something happen?" I asked. I looked over to Keigo, who had a smug look on his face. All of a sudden, I heard Dabi chuckle. I got really self-conscious, as I crossed my arms, closed my legs tighter, and looked down at my feet.
Keigo wrapped an arm around me, and pulled me close to him. "The Queen was just rummaging through the castle. Its fine." Dabi shrugged.
"Don't worry, I didn't tell them." Keigo whispered to me. "That's our business." He placed a kiss on my head, as the coach stopped.
"We're here." Tokoyami sighed, as he stepped out of the coach. Todoroki, Dabi, and Keigo followed, and Keigo helped me out.
Once I was out, I looked at the village. Like how it was my first day, it was dull. There was barely anyone on the streets, and there was no sound. It was quite eerie and grey.
"Where is everyone?" I asked quietly.
                              "In their homes." Keigo sighed.
"They are afraid." Dabi said, without breaking his gaze from the village.
                              "Afraid? Of what?"
The clock tower in the middle of the town hit twelve, and the bell rang twelve times. After the last ring, officers flooded the streets, as well as some villagers.
There were two kinds of officers: one group was wearing red and orange uniforms, while the others were wearing black and yellow.
"What is this?" I asked, fear clearly in my voice.
"They occupied the city." Todoroki sighed. "I'm not sure how much longer this will last."
"Keigo, what's going on?" Keigo looked straight forward, not saying a word. "Keigo? Keigo are you-"
"Keigo!" We all heard a voice come from the side of us, and we looked over. There was a woman, with tan skin, red eyes, and long white hair with bunny ears to match. She came running up to us, and stopped at Keigo's side. She grabbed onto his sleeve, as she looked up at him brightly. "How are you? You look good." She winked.
My heart sank. Or it was in my throat. I couldn't tell.
"I'm alright." He said plainly, but she didn't seem amused.
"Only alright?" She asked, and he nodded.
"Miruko, go away." Todoroki sighed, waving her off.
"Only Keigo-babe can tell me what to do, lil Todo." She winked.
"Don't call me that." Keigo warned.
"You used to love it when I called you that." She laughed. Keigo looked unamused by her presence.
"Well, don't call me that anymore." He told her, as he made his feather float up, and tickle my nose. I giggled, and she turned her attention to me.
"Oh, this must be your fiancée, right?" She asked with a tone, and bowed. "I'm Rumi Usagiyama, previous lady of the court!"
"I'm Y/N L/N." I introduced. "So you were a secretary for the Royal Family?"
"I wasn't that kind of 'lady of the court'." She laughed, and Keigo looked away. I looked at Keigo confused, but he avoided my gaze.
