Whole night passed like this. Avu came back to hospital and looked at Jai. He shooked his head negatively. Avu sighed sadly.
She looked at Re and felt a pang in her heart. She went near her and kept a hand on her shoulder and squeezed it.
Re looked at her and hugged her tightly and cried her heart out.
Re: Di why? Why everyone leaves me? First my mom dad left and now bhayia....
She said between her sobs. Tears rolled down Avu's eyes. She rubbed Re's back.

Avu: No Reemie. You never did anything wrong to anyone. Don't worry. Nothing will happen to your brother
At around 5AM in morning, dr. came out. Everyone rushed to him.
Dr.: Surgery is successful but....
Jai: But what?
Dr.: He is in coma. And when he will be conscious. We don't know. 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year. We have no idea. We did our best. Rest is in God's hands. He can hear everything but cannot respond. Let's hope for the best
Avu: Can we meet him?
Dr.: Ya you guys can come everyday for 1 hour. You can meet him one by one but don't make him sad or shocked. That might be dangerous for him. Try to keep him happy. Try not to cry in front of him
Jai nodded.
Dr.: We will shift him in ward in an hour. Then you can meet him
All 3 sat silently not knowing how to react. Nurse came in an hour.
N: You can meet him
Avu: Thank you
N left.
Avu: Reemie you go
Re shooked her head.

She said with tears. Avu wiped off her tears.
Avu: But he needs you

Re nodded and went inside. Avu hugged Jai. He kissed her hair.
Avu: Why?
Jai:.....
Both were crying silently.
They used to come meet him everyday one by one.
One day, Avu happily came and sat on stool beside bed. She held his hand.
Avu: Sid Sid Sid you know I first time got full marks that also without blackmailing the teacher. And you know it's all because you taught me. Thank you so much. You are the best
She looked at him and smiled sadly.

Before leaving, she looked at him and said with a weak smile and teary eyes.

There was no improvement in Sid's condition. Trio used to go to hospital everyday. They used to talk to him one by one what happened whole day. They pretended their happiness in front of him but in reality all 3 were broken.
Re forgot to smile. Jai used to cheer her up. Avu used to cry whole night in her room. She used to feel pangs in heart seeing him in this condition. Jai tried to be strong for his sister and love.

One day, they all were in college. Avu got a call from hospital.
Avu: Yes
Dr.: Please come to hospital asap
Avu: You come. Then I will tell you
Avu was hella scared. She called Jaireem and they rushed to the hospital.
