*AN: Some of you might be thinking that I'm rushing her initiation but in Brotherhood, and Revelations, the people that you recruit can be promoted pretty quickly.

Previously:

You were quick to respond, "You look good, but let's get this mission started."

Currently:

After getting over Toga looking amazing in her robes, you two took off into the night to clear out that outpost.

It took about an hour for you to get there across the rooftops.

Once you got there you saw an old apartment building much like the one Toga used to live in. It was rundown and lightly defended, and had little to no security systems. There was a guard in front of the main door as well as a guard on every balcony, though they were either smoking or napping. None of them were actually doing their job of guarding.

You both watched the guards and kept track of their positions. "Alright Toga, are you ready?"

Without answering you, she jumped off the roof, and quickly made her way to the column of balconies on the outside of the building. You used your eagle vision to keep track of her and made sure she stayed safe. She climbed up taking out the guards on the balcony along the way.

She definitely made the killing requirement, so that wasn't going to get in the way.

Once she made it to the top balcony she killed the last guard by stabbing him in the artery of the neck. Her mouth quickly replaced the knife, as she drank the blood of the man she just killed. You watched with wide eyes, as she was covered in a grey slime, and became the guard she just killed.

"So that's how it works." You quietly said to yourself.

You continued watching her as she entered through the balcony door. Like she owned the place. She walked through the rest of the people inside the building. Although there weren't that many of them.

She checked inside each room, and then finally entered one. You assumed that this one had something important.

You watched her walk back out and start walking to the exit. Unfortunately for her, someone found one of the bodies on the balconies. The whole place was suddenly on high alert. She followed a group of the guards, blending in with them.

After a while of running with them, she split off to go towards the front entrance, but when she arrives there's already a group of 6 guards there. She runs to the back of the group and turns to face the hallway.

Once they drop their guard to her, she jumps on the one closest to her. Grabbing a knife and plunging it into his neck. He drops, and she changes targets. She dashes straight at one and thrusts the knife between his eyes. She leg sweeps one to her right and stabs one to her left in the hip and pulled him down to the floor.

The other two finally react and attempt to fight back. One reaches for her but slips on blood and touches the floor. The floor crumbles and breaks under him. He falls and leaves a decent sized hole that leads to the basement. The other guard seems to prepare to spit something. A large glob of acid comes from his mouth. Luckily Toga backflips, dodging and the glob he spit lands on the man trying to get up from the leg sweep.

The acid spitting man was the last guard standing before Toga kicked him in the nuts, making him drop and then she severed his windpipe.

You were standing on the roof wide-eyed. She just took out half-a-dozen men with only a knife. If you weren't careful. She'd be the master assassin before you even had a chance. She then strolled out the front door, before being enveloped in the same slime as before and becoming the same Toga you knew before.

You just stared at the building in awe while she climbed up to you. When she reached the roof, she spoke, "So how'd I do?"

You just silently turned to her with your mouth hanging open, "Why didn't you tell me you were a goddamn knife wielding, bad guy killing badass?"

She just giggled, turned around and headed back to base. You took a few seconds, just watching the guards in the building scurry around like rats. You then started following her.

Once you reached the sanctuary, you saw Toga already there. She was just waiting there for you to return with an excited gleam in her eyes. Upon seeing her, you ask, "Did you get any important info?"

The excitement in her eyes quickly turned into sadness. It was covered almost instantly with seriousness. "Not a whole lot to report, the biggest thing I can think of is that apparently some family is coming to Japan. Cormac, I think it was."

You were familiar with the Cormacs from your research. They were a family of assassin hunters that began in the 1750's with Shay Cormac.

That could mean one of two things. One either all assassin brotherhoods were wiped out. Leaving only stragglers and lone assassins such as yourself. Or they knew that the brotherhood in this area was rebuilding.

For the sake of the world of assassins, you wished for the second one. But as a survivor and one that was wishing to remain undiscovered, you hoped for the first. "Good job Toga, that was very important news." You gave her a pat on the head and the excitement in her eyes came back. "Now it's time to finish your initiation into the order."

You both moved to the gathering hall gathering what you needed and lit the brazier, (The big bowl thing). You waited for the branding tongs to turn red-hot before turning to your assassin apprentice.

"Himiko Toga, as an assassin, you must remember our Creed, and our Motto. Where other men blindly follow the truth. Remember..."

"Nothing is true."

You continued, "Where other men are limited, by morality or law. Remember..."

"Everything is permitted"

"We work in the dark, to serve the light."

"We are assassins." She finished and put her hand out flat in front of her.

You grabbed the tongs and branded her finger. She whimpered, and you waited the same ten seconds before guiding her hand to some ice nearby.

You clasped your hand on her shoulder before stating, "Welcome to the Assassins."
