"HEROES MAY ENTER THE BUILDING." Go time baby for this unlikely team-up.
Currently:
You sit there in the shadows, rifle in hand just watching and waiting for whoever might come up those stairs. Be it bird or amphibian, or anything in between. Every now and then you'd glance at the bomb to make sure no one got in where you or William weren't watching.
Using your Eagle Vision, you looked for anything that could indicate where they were coming from. You looked around, the bomb was highlighted in gold, a camera in the corner was highlighted in white, and some residual hand and footprints on the ceiling had a fog emanating off of it.
You then shot a few feet ahead of where you saw those prints. Then a loud thud was heard. "Wait, prints on the ceiling?" You look to where the thud came from and saw frog girl on the floor with a dart in her ass.
"Oh." You then move to her, and see that she's out cold, with no noticeable injuries. You pulled her up and wrapped her in the tape provided as part of the exercise around her wrists marking her as 'out'. You then moved her to the bomb room and set her down.
As you went to pull the dart out, a black claw came from the door you walked in through. You dodged it and pulled out your sword. Which you then used to deflect a second claw coming at you.
Looking back towards the door, you saw the other hero standing there and letting his quirk do the work. Unfortunately, you forgot to reload your rifle. You don't have any reliable way to attack at distance.
This became an interesting match with a good question brought forth. Which would happen first? William coming to your aid, or you going down and letting tweedy bird get the bomb.
Deciding to go with your own solution, you dodged a charge made by the shadow and rushed the controller. Startled by the sudden charge, your opponent took a very crude fighting stance and started to sweat.
The shadow you dodged earlier, chased after you. Trying to dodge a shadow that was attacking from where you couldn't see was difficult, but thanks to your quirk you didn't have to think too much about it.
However, once you got to your opponent and got ready to strike, an arm was put around his neck with a blade coming out of the wrist. "Surrender."
The now hostage's eyes widened in what you assumed to be surprise. He then closed his eyes, "Fine, I surrender."
"VILLAIN TEAM WINS! NOW, IF YOU ALL COULD COME BACK TO THE OBSERVATION ROOM TO RECIEVE YOUR EVALUATION!"
William released the bird boy and started heading back followed by his former hostage. You turned to the sleeping girl in the bomb room and picked her up bridal style to bring her back to the room.
Once you made it there, you noticed, Toga giving you a glare. In which, you set down the girl in your arms, who you didn't notice was snuggled into your chest until just now.
"NOW, WHO IN THIS EXERCISE WOULD YOU CONSIDER THE MVP!?"
People started to murmur among themselves trying to find the answer until the spiky ponytail of Yaoyorozu made its way through the crowd again. "Sir, I believe that L/N deserves the award of MVP this match. He formed a good plan with the skills and equipment, him and his partner had. He also took down the more physical of his two opponents first making it easier to take down the other in close quarters where he excels.
Also, Tsuyu had a good stealth approach, but she underestimated her opponent's spatial awareness. Tokoyami forgot about his other opponent and got too caught up in who was in front of him. Cormac didn't do a whole lot, so I don't feel like he wasn't able to properly show off his skills."
"TRUE YOUNG YAOYOROZU, I AGREE WITH YOU WHOLEHEARTEDLY!" All Might said. "NOW, YOU MAY REST AND CONTINUE TO WATCH THE UPCOMING MATCHES!"
You sat down next to Toga, who was next to her partner Yaoyorozu, but that was short lived, as they went up to fight in their match. You were excited to watch and see how they did, but again, you were interrupted by the Cormac clan. "Hello Y/N, was it?" The patriarch of the family said.
You glanced at him, and then returned your look to the monitors overlooking the match. "You would be correct. Who might you be?"
He sticks his hand out for you to shake, "My name is Henry, Henry Cormac."
You shake his hand "Y/N L/N."
His wife then offered her hand. Which you grabbed and kissed in respect. Sure, you were enemies, but you could respect the worked needed to live up to the most famous Cormac. "Bianca Cormac"
The other students looked at you weird, but they were Japanese, and didn't understand western culture.
She seemed impressed. "Hmm, I didn't expect someone from Japan to give a lady a proper greeting."
You smiled, "I'm English by birth and upbringing." You told a half-truth, really, it was in some of the memories from the Frye twins.
Henry started to speak up eyeing your rifle and sword. "I must say that you have some magnificent weaponry, and I was wondering if I could ask you some questions on them?"
You glanced at the monitor to see two Yaoyorozus both sneaking through the building. "Sure, why not?"
"First, where did you get them?"
"I have a blacksmith friend named Hatsume, he helped with the design and manufacturing."
"Alright, and how did you learn to use them?"
"Well, mostly self-taught, although Hatsume helped a little bit since he made them after all."
"Interesting, and what do your parents think of you using these things?"
"I wouldn't know sir, I never met my father, and my mother died when I was young."
"I apologize for my rudeness. I didn't mean to bring up bad memories"
"It's alright. But I'd like to watch the rest of the matches if that's possible."
"Of course, we'll leave you to it."
They took their leave to the other side of the room and talked among themselves taking glances at you every now and then. Then Toga and Yaoyorozu walked in followed by their opponents. Damnit, you missed the fight.
